  1. Hey Gomab, I'm from Warren County and i'm glad that somebody has recognized that we have some talent. But i'd also like to mention that i think Bishop is a little taller than 5'9". I'd say he is at least 5'11"(probably more like 6 feet). I know its not a huge difference but for anybody looking at those stats (esp. colleges) everybody will count that as a knock on him. Just thought i'd add that and thanks for the top 15 list. Good work. GO PIONEERS
  2. Everybody is saddened by the news on Leanne. She is a good friend of mine and i know it devasts her that she can't play anymore this year. I wish Leanne the best of luck on her rehab.
  3. Oakland 83 Warren County 72 i believe. Shane Harp leads Oakland with 22 and Barker had 20. Randal Harrell led the Pioneers with 25 and Bishop with 20. I didn't get to go to the game, but they talked on the radio as if the Raiders dominated the glass and scored the bulk of their points inside. Bishop and starting 4 man Kyle Thompson both fouled out midway through the 4th. Harrell scored 23 of his 25 in the 2nd half. Oakland gets a good jump start as they go to 1-0 in the district, whereas the Pioneers fall to 0-1. Good luck to both teams as the season progresses. Rematch, Jan. 24 @ The Dault.
  4. Kell, i like the spirit but come on Waren? Warren, i forgive you. I think this will be an exciting game. I hope it will be a better turn out by the FRB's. I was at the game last night, and there might have been 20 of us. Pathetic if you ask me. Hopefully, we can have a better turnout and come up as the victors this time around. I'd like to hear some Oakland fans comment on this game. I don't know much about them other than they lost their two big men from last year i believe. Should be a good game.
  5. I believe this will become a pointless argument. Warren County fans think their the best and Mt. Juliet fans think their the best. I would personally like to attend a game and see the pit. As a loyal front row bro, i think we have good fans, but as i've said, nobody will agree on this. I just think it should be said that both teams have a good fan support. Go pioneers and we will see how the fan support fairs as we go on the road to Franklin County.
  6. Warren County pretty much handed Smyrna the game. As for Swader, he's athletic, but doesn't possess alot of outside touch. In college, he will need to be able to knock down some outside shots because he won't be able to outjump everyone. I thought both teams played well at times and Smyrna showed a lot of heart in coming back in the 2nd half. They iced the game at the free throw line late. It's obvious that they will be a good team this year, but Warren County showed that they won't be a pushover in their district.
  7. I am glad that our fans can get other teams to notice them. For better or for worse. If a player is concentrated on proving us wrong, he is probably gonna play worse. I have been to both games and by far the game tonight was much louder. Cumberland Co. has a decent to good team and Warren County escaped on clutch play from Sr. F Randal Harrell. I just want to know who was 44 from Cumberland because i know he wasn't 6'6"
  8. since i haven't seen it posted i guess i will. I think everybody knows the game was canceled. Well good luck to the pioneer football team next friday. I'm hoping to be there in support. Maybe next year even play. Air Simms
