I said it at the region tournament last year that I think Fuller over-coached or out coached himself vs SGC that led to that their loss. Depending on the defensive approach and the rotation he uses will determine their destiny. No one around here will match up with them. #35 is huge and may be the strongest HS player I have ever seen. The guards are fast, athletic and seems like they can shoot it pretty good.

I think SH has a case with what they bring back, but lets see what they do when they start playing some better teams.

I saw a post about Madison Hart earlier. I love her game. I spoke with Coach Wilkins recently and told him that she can get them where they need to be. She has the tools to dominate a game.

These are the two main AA districts I watch in the area. So who you got in the district championship game in 13AA and 14AA?

I'm talking about past and present and yes, I believe West Tn A and AA have the best girls teams and Memphis for AAA outside of Riverdale

Sorry, but Peabody is not good and I wasnt impressed with what I saw in the jamboree of UC. Bradford doesnt impress me either but they have a couple girls that are pretty good. I'm taking Greenfield, GC and Gleason out of that group u listed

An older guy sitting beside me from Loretto was shocked that Greenfield is a single A school as good as they are. I told him there are some tough single A schools in our area that's why I hate when I get on here and folks only mention mid and East tn basketball

My take was Jadas decision making must not be what he likes right now so he moved her off the ball. I think shes kind of a Westbrook/Harden type who needs the ball in their hands to be effective

How do you all measure "best players"? Just asking

I disagree. Tonight the best player on the floor was Edie. Scored, defended, got loose balls, banged and battled for rebounds while the others watched.

This was a heavyweight battle worth admission. The refs let them play and I think Greenfield's physicality took a toll on Loretto down the stretch. Yes, many questionable calls, but the game remained close til the end. Cant wait for March.

Hmmmm. Its early, but does Westview run thru AA as they have the past 7yrs? They didnt look good today. They are like the Cleveland Browns, look really good on paper, but didnt perform well, at least not today. Harrison went like 2-9 or so from the 3pt line and didnt look as good as I expected or I have heard. Yancey was the primary ball handler which I think is a bad move, but I'm no coach. They dont score unless it's a 3 or a FT. The post player score on most of her touches which was few, but they don't go thru her like they did Johnson and Graves. Gibson Co played their tails off and very well coached. They play so hard and disciplined. They will have a say so come March

I dont think they are quick and if they are considered quick, they wont be near South Side quickness. BUT, they dont have to be quick they are talented, good size, and extremely smart and do not turn the the ball over. I will not say who will win or who i think will win but i will say the 2020 Class A State Champion plays at 4pm Saturday

Read my post good. I didnt name a team, but i did say the champion will be playing in that game.

I got my chair already in my truck. I'll be there early to get my seat and I cant wait to see this matchup. I am a Karly Weathers fan as well as a Tess Darby fan. It will for sure be a star studded affair!

I dont count Memphis as West Tn. They're metro West tn, lol, and have do their own thing down there. Sometimes I'm not sure if they go by the same rules we do.

I wonder why Westview doesnt really like the challenge during the regular season? I heard the tried to schedule Sacred Heart and they usually schedule themselves against the somewhat weaker teams when they have their classic. I would schedule all the tough teams to get them ready for the tournament run. This could be their year. If not this year, I dont know when the next time will be for them. They will lose alot this year
