Agreed. Wave offense with Mason good, defense gave up a lot of points. Loss of Settle and Wilson as assistant coaches had to be a factor.

Actually I am a Beech grad, just have to challenge you when you are wrong which is frequently. The school you referred to is actually Jo Byrns spelled correctly. Still waiting for your answer on MJ being on the right track. Same type of season with a weaker schedule.

Who has won more games? Harp has about 300 more wins than TP and I believe 7 state championships more. Roger Perry is about the same age as Harp and I have never heard anyone say he was too old to relate to kids. Disgruntled parent or asst coach started this thread. Nothing but pure garbage.

Situation at MJ is a lot worse than Gallatin. If the Wave were in MJ's region they would be top 3. Gallatin played a lot tougher schedule than MJ (Henry County, Springfield plus the region ). MJ in addition to the region losses also lost to the 4th place team and 6th place in region 6 class 5-A.

I guess that NFL sized O line didn't do much. 23 yards rushing on 22 carries. TP runs his record to 14-16 with no wins in almost 3 years over a good team. But the freshman and JV teams both went undefeated for about the 10th year in a row.

MJ 5 wins have come against teams with a record of 13-23. Overton is the only one with a winning record (4-3). Region 3 in 6-AAA is 12-12 outside of the in non region games which is the worst of all 6-AAA regions. I find it laughable when the MJ fans I know believe they are a serious threat to get to Cookeville.

Wave will rally this week and beat Hendersonville. The Commandos have slipped since they beat the Bucs. They beat a badly wounded SC team Friday night. SC did not have their 3 best players. Mason will go for over 200, Wave win by 3.
