Thegreatone is really sore from getting on and off the Gallatin bandwagon. One week everything is going well and then the next week the excuses start or it’s time to get rid of the coaches. Gallatin played 4 good teams this year. They got drilled by my Bucs, MJ, and Hendersonville to the tune of 107-23. They did beat Hillsboro by some miracle. Who else did they beat, no one. Get used to it because the Bucs will be loaded again next year and I have heard that MJ and Hendersonville will be good too. By the way your middle schools went 5-11 this year so not much help on the way.

It's okay Tandem, when you are used to winning ͏y͏o͏u go for the win. 1 coach in the game has 2 state titles while the other one is 24-21 in 4 years. In both the JV and varsity games the Bucs made a play to win at the end of the game.

Since Coach Wilhoit was just hired by Brentwood Academy who takes his place at MJ?

Should be congratulated, winning record overall, playoffs what 4 times in 5 years, winning record and playoff appearance this year along with a record breaking RB. I think he is doing a good job and you guys are lucky to have him

CoachAC you have to understand that thegreatone roots for a team that was good in the 80's but has not been past the quarters in 25 years so he takes shots at the top programs. Very impressed by how your team kept their poise and got the job done. thegreatone will now go back into his parents basement as his curfew is up in a few minutes.

We have 2 Gold balls, MJ has zero. When u came to Shackle Island for your scrimmage this year how irrelevant were we? About 20-0, right?

Next time I'm at BHS I will snap a picture of the 2 gold balls from recent years. Would ask for a picture of the ones from GHS but understand that the dust would be too thick and they are also probably rusted pretty badly. You can send me a pic of the leather helmets that were worn.

You said you would have been a 3 win team without Mason this year. Let's see, you lose him, all of your line, both WR and almost all of your defense. We smoked your freshman team this year so what will you do? We are in good shape for next year and our freshman team went 7-1. Enough about our bright future, let's talk about this year. Looking forward to the rematch with Cane Ridge, they are a good team but I am confident that we will find a way to win.

We have the 2 gold balls from the past few years, you have not sniffed one for the past quarter century. You should bring up the long ago past as you have nothing recent to talk about. The last drive in the game this year epitomizes everything. Bucs took it and ran it down your throat when the game was on the line.

Better days are ahead for the Wave, new 6 team district with Hillwood, Glencliff, Hunters Lane as blowout sure wins. You do have to play Hillsboro and the Bucs which will be 2 losses. Schedule smart and you can be 8-2 without a sweat and you will be guaranteed a playoff spot for the next 4 years. Good times are coming Wave!

Guess that best season in 2 decades prediction didn't work out. When the Wave win Redsman jumps on the bandwagon, when they lose you never hear from him again. For the about the last 5 years he always says the Wave have the best young talent around. Not sure where he gets that from, middle schools as a whole are mediocre as is the freshman team.

Define big time high school program? When you have not been past the quarterfinals in 24 years how are you a big time program? White House has won a state championship since, the Bucs have won 2, Portland won 1, and Hendersonville has been to the finals 3 times. Need to stop living in the past. Look at the Bucs, great coach, great support, great middle school teams every year, great administration. No negative influences around our program. Every time I talk to a Gallatin supporter all you hear is griping and complaining about the players, the coaches, the administration, the stadium, etc. Not that I care but you might want to get behind your players and coaches and stop being so negative. Senator said the same thing about Ravenwood the last 2 years. Wondering who he will blame this year, the referees or the play calling of the coaching staff. Last 2 years it has been the coaching staff so I am betting on the referees this year.

Heard from a friend today that Kody Eden from SC got his knee scoped a while back and may miss the first 2 weeks of the regular season. Hope everything is okay, hate to see anyone injured.
