Congrats to Sycamore They made thier key free throws and Motown did not. Great game. Too bad it was a small croud on both sides. War Eagles win by 2. How did the other games in the district come out?

Motown has several key players back but, they will have to play iron man football. Last season they only had about 4 players that played both sides of the ball. I think next season that number could double. Those young men better be in good playing shape if that happens

I'll pick Motown,Cheatham, Greenbriar and Heritage. I think home court will matter in all games but the Patriots

Motown looked real bad against the Cubs. Tried to press on defense and let up a lot of easy baskets. But when they played against Heritage. They played good team ball. Big district win for the Eagles

Congrats to CPA for winning the Gold Ball. Now they need to move where they belong Div. 2.

Westmoreland had a small offensive line with average size backfield. They had no trouble running the ball on CPA They had two backs with over a hundred yards. What is CPA going to do against a bigger line and a lot bigger back? CPA offense is really good but Alcoa defense should be better than anybody that CPA has played against. I think Alcoa wins again unless Coach Martin has several trick plays up his sleeve. Only time will tell. Good luck to both teams

Better watch out for those Motown boys. They return several starters. One is going to sit out and heel up for a few weeks then it should be game on. Go Eagles!!

Start things off. I hope that lineman is ok. I think his #66. Didn't look good with him on crutches. CPA Cheerleaders wear a class act. I have a handy cap son. They made him feel good when we came in the stadium. CPA offense was awesome. Made several big plays. That #12 was a big difference maker. CPA defense needs a lot of work. Motown ran the ball on them easy. They better get that fixed or Alcoa could win another Gold Ball. That's if they meet in the finals. CPA #7 good receiver but a very dirty player at cornerback. I was worried he might break his hand by all the punches he slung around. CPA was the better team. I believe Motown gave CPA their hardest game so far.

Motown has no answer so far on defense. Gotta make some big adjustments at halftime. CPA is struggling to stop Motown's run game.

Good luck to both teams. Both teams play hard and fair. Hope the players decide the outcome not a bad call by the ref.

Talked to him last night at the football dinner held at a local Church. He told me that he was kicked off coacht for a few weeks. He said he was playing a joke to CPA fans and didn't get to finish it before getting kicked off. He also wrote a letter to coacht apologizing to anyone he my of offended. He also said good luck to both teams and he prayed for no injures.

Westmoreland will play fair. Their coach will not allow any dirty play. Don't worry about that. Hope your team is the same way. They don't have a good repetition from several post that I've read. Lol I guess I'll have a opinion of that after Fridays game. I hope the refs call a fair game on Friday. Hope you keep warm
