Oakland is head above shoulders any time in Tennessee this year. Sad part is they asked several teams to play them no takers. Been nice to see Maryville play them early to see how they matched up before the semi game. I would have believed Oakland would have come to Maryville to play them which Oakland would be coming to Maryville twice this year

Farragut always plays there homecoming games early in the year just happened to be Oak Ridge. As for the West game West didn’t have one of the better players on defense in that game the Mich State commitment which he plays free safety. He got hurt in the first game with Bearden which he is out for the year. Farragut has really struggled on defense this year. Offense well got a good receiver and QB but not much on the running game and the offense line not as physical as in the past.

West best receiver was not playing in this. He got hurt in there first game.

If you think so. Farragut not a big as they usually are and that game came down to who had the ball last. Either defense could stop one another. I went to see Farragut and Powell scrimmage to see the Nolan kid. Powell did want they wanted to Farragut which Nolan didn’t play so I left. Was kind of surprised Farragut usually pretty good.

This is not going to be much of a game. Be a lot of Friday night reps for the backups which I really like with Maryville. Saw the West and Farragut game last week. Good QB and good receiver but left before have time to go see AC and SH play.
