Embarrassing loss, cause chester co. Is not very impressive.

Yeah I just read that in the Jackson Sun.TSSAA claims he is an ineligible player.

After last week's loss to North Side, I believe the Rebels well have a lot of their miscues corrected. I am picking the Rebels to come on the field Friday night and be more physical and play some good old smash mouth football.

Tomorrow night will be military night at Obion Central. Game starts at 7 salute to the troops will begin at 6:30. Come on out early and show your support.

This was a great game .I hate that the rebels didn't come away with the win but it was a good clean game and I think both teams showcased their speed tonight. Both of these teams have a really good chance to do great things in their division this year. Final score was 47-42 south Gibson.

Don't know much about him

South Gibson definitely has some speed but we are giving them a run for their money.

There is a simple answer here. There are students in UC that choose to go to OCCHS, but there is also a minority of Union City area students that are, in fact, turned away from the city school system. If the Hispanic students in Union City were allowed admission, the enrollment would be over the Class A ranking that Union City enjoys. This is done under the guise of not having the budget to hire Spanish speaking teachers. Union City School System is only open zoned when it benefits the system. Affluent parents within the county and surrounding counties can send their children to UC, no questions, as long as their wallet is fat enough.

Okay, I know the kids get on here and read these post. So why are you on here bringing up a thread that has been buried for almost a week???. I never said anything bad about the kids. All I said is that they had lost respect for their coach! And they know why they have lost the games and they know its not their fault!

A lot of people didn't like coach Jackson but he did have a winning attitude and he had the kids respect and attention. He stayed his normal amount of time and moved on. The coach that OC has now is just going through the motions to get a paycheck. He has lost all respect because of his coaching habits . He insist on a wing T offense while knowing he will never have enough speed at OC to be competitive with that offense in 4A.

We are here . Just not much to say. Not much can be done with a team that has lost all respect for their coach! He has really let the team and all of the OCCHS alumni and supporters down.
