1st the search for a new head coach is goin to take a lil more money then what MC wants to give especially if they are out lookin for the next legend...but imo we will take a someone from the glory days that is willin to dedicate his life to it cause that what it will take. 2nd When the coach is found these are things that need to take place 1- somehow develop a bond with the baseball,and basketball coaches and find a i scratch your back you scratch my back mantality among the coaches.ex have a fun raiser that includes all these sports and coaches so they create a bond 2-go out and get the athlete of the school and do whatever it takes to get them out on the football field (imo the same athletes that were there in the early-mid 90s and there now they just confine themselves to one sport i myself am guilty of this) 3- have the same offense as the middle school and have t hem share the same philosophys and Grant is a good guy and will do w/e it takes to help the new HS coach out.. 4- Give this new coach 3 years and let him develop because 3 years is long enough... 5- Evaluate what you got and develop a offense that will exploit the athletic ability that is present on this team. 6- when the coach get there he needs to understand the situation he's in and have a nice positive attitude with the kids in school that way they would feel comforotable and want to go out and play MAIN THING TO KNOW---THE TALENT IS THERE JUST GET THEM ON THE FIELD

marion county is very nice place to play they really keep the playin field lookin top notch

ok some private schools are weak but The strong outweighed the weak by far.......but enough bout that before we get the thread moved...

i dislike it tooo...but it makes beating private schools that much sweeter when your a public school

Marion County should find there way back to state.....Losing only 4 player 3 who saw playin time.....they return there whole pitchin stafff.....as long as they work hard and keep focused on what they want.....

Marion County Should be back and maybe win a game or two........They only lose 4 Seniors 3 who saw any playin time.........They return all of their pitching stafff........They were a team that scored 22 runs in 2 games in the state.....and there sticks might be better next year....good luck to all

Depends on what u mean by dominating.....They are in the driver seat right now......but they also got two tough district games left to be played with East Ridge.....They have lost one game,Hixson lost 2,Marion lost 2,East Ridge lost 1......Hixson lost to Marion split with ND,Notre Dame lost to hixson,East Ridge lost to Marion,Marion lost to ND and split with Sequatchie......District 6-AA could go anyway about right now

Marion comes out on top tonight 9 to 3........good win for marion........sequatchie played well also.....marion got the timely hitting they needed tonight though.....

how much garbage can won small town talk.........this is 12 pages of garbage.....there no way this is will be a blow out.......the 2 teams hate each other and it all comes down one friday night every year.....kids on both teams have been waitin on this game since they step up on the 8 and under field....so how could one team come unprepared....this is goin to be a dog fight till the end.....the zebras aint goin win or lose the game it the boys in purple and boys in black that are goin to win this game.....the records are thrown out the door if u didnt notice the past 2 years.....this is straight up a game of heart and a game of crowd support....not athletic ability...it is who wants it more...so we will find out tommorow.......WHO WANTS IT MORE.....????I aint makin no prediction.........but i tell u what the other crowd will hear my butt in the stands along with lots more of crazy MC fans .......Lets go MC WHO WANTS IS MORE???........

Marion finish the season wit 29 wins.The 6 seniors that are gone now have left a mark on MC Baseball for years to come.There is no tellin where the program will be w/o them..My hat if off to all of them They couldnt get no better.Great job McMinn Central as well
