Peabodypride please congratulate NCS for a good game and be proud of how far your team went this year with all of the outside drama.

Going to be my last post (unless provoked) but I really want to root for fellow west tennessee teams to win. If we ( UC) can't be there then naturally want someone close win. With that being said, trenton please as a town, team, parents, coaches, everyone handle everything professional. You know the saying " act like you have been here before " you guys have. The silent non trash talk, do all of your work on the field ,classroom, and weight room type of players are bred from their surroundings. Create that type of atmosphere and you'll get respect whether you win or lose. You'll have parents wanting their kids to go to trenton..you guys build off what you have right now and do it right, then you'll build a dynasty instead of some of the negative talk these past weeks. You guys are very good, please represent west tennessee as good as you possibly can. Give us a reason to support you. Thanks

I have to give you some props though, I normally do not start talking until playoff time but you have brought it out early and like Big Swo , I have a son and 2 nephews on this team. You are making it personal. My very best advice to you is go play south fulton and see what you do with trenton and then let's talk. We have some games to play too. We just drove close to 2000 miles in a regular school bus across the country, had all kinds of distractions and you heard what we did up there despite all of that to delone catholic. Scoreboard clocks run non stop for mercy rule up there too, how about that creeper?? The parents must be the ones getting their kids noticed. They need to go to all of the camps and start young. The school and coaches will play a small part in it but at the end of the day it's the parents job to put their kid in a position to be noticed.

thank goodness we are 1A state champions this year and thank goodness we beat the 2A state champions trenton this year too. I have 2 sons moving to union city this year. They start Jan 5th. Thank goodness for that.

After re-watching the game on the hudl, I would say that both the jernigan kid and stewart kid are excellent offensive linemen. They both did a extremely good job on that side of the ball. Jernigan handled stewart and others while he was on offense, stewart did the same. Both teams helped one another up after a play was over.
