Usually when one thinks of the Fulton program one thinks of class, integrity and talent. From what I heard its because they have been accepting and even recruiting out of zone players. I don't want to get to far down the rabbit hole but where there is smoke there is usually fire.

No question Fulton has talent but their well goes dry this weekend. Watching Fulton take the field this week will be watching an old punch drunk fighter take the ring. Lots of hype, lots of talk but only a shell of its former self. Catholic brings the wood this week. Especially with the rumors swirling around the TSAA about Fulton being forced to discontinue their football program.

Prediction...i freeze and leave at half-time.

I think they've watched a little Greenville film too. I've heard they aren't even dressing out for practice all week. Something about Fulton being overrated and not playing any good teams this year and wanting to rest up for the bigger games.

Well, I've heard that Catholic has been watching Sullivan South video all week bc they dont think Fulton will be much competition.

I didn't watch the game so it is hard to comment other than I think Alcoa probably shocked the Tennessee football world. I don't think anyone thought they had the talent to match up. That is why they play the games. Hats off to Alcoa

Listen, I have no dog in the fight. I'm just a high school football fan who has watched some games. If Alcoa is in this game it's because Catholic did not show up. I believe several of catholic's 2cnd team could start for Alcoa. Jmo

Q: How to keep Fulton from scoring points? A: Have them play a decent team. If Fulton can make it to a playoff game with Catholic, I'll be surprised if they score 2 TDs. Then you've got the middle TN teams which are as a whole, more talented.

Irish, I think you are being quite conservative on your prediction. I'd would not be surprised if Catholic was playing the JV by mid-way through the third. I've got Catholic by an easy 3 TDs. Unless Catholic has a bad game, they will dominate every phase.

Page players play with technique, skill and athleticism. You look at some David Libscomb championship teams. Thier execution was superb. They beat more athletic teams because they were disciplined and executed. Page is a good team. if you can't recognize that you just don't know football. If Page plays Giles Co 10 times, they win 9.
