Is there a problem with mommas being on the T? There are morons everywhere! Public or private they are made up of people. People have free will to act as they please but that does not mean all CA fans act like that. I would like to know how you know they were CA fans. We don't sell CA logo sweater vests. "My group" didn't say anything to anybody at that game. We were there to support our boys. I don't wear a sweater vest or a coat to a football game.

The new rule changes do not allow any student that has a parent working at the school in an ancillary role (I believe less than 30 hours/week) such as cafeteria worker to be eligible to participate in sports. Unfortunately those parents will have to choose to find another job or choose for their child not to participate in sports. Any student that participates in the work study program will not be eligible to participate in sports. Also if any elementary sibling(s) receive financial aid the high school sibling(s) will not be eligible to participate in sports.

No I'm not the head coach. I'm sure he doesn't make the mistake of getting on here like I do. MY kid is out on that field. Every one of those kids I treat like one of my own! So yes they are MY kids.

To have not seen a CA game this year you sure do try to talk a lot of smack! Why don't you get some facts behind those fingers before you start making statements about how my kids can't execute a running game. You want to say the problem is not with the kids but just who is executing those plays? Those are my kids playing on that field so take your sour, negative, Coach L hating attitude to some other thread, please! This thread is about the CA vs Whitwell game & I don't recall you making any statements to do with that topic.

I don't think the intention was to sling mud. It really doesn't matter what the past record is/was or who "owned" who....those guys out there playing the game today is what will determine the outcome. The last four years have everything to do with todays team...anything before that these guys had nothing to do with. Another poster said CAs ground & pound is nothing like HHS, WC & NCS...well if y'all are the football powers & CA beat WC the last two meetings that means you got beat by an inferior team???

Have you watched a Columbia Academy game this year? I take great offense from you saying that Columbia Academy football players "avoid contact as much as possible" and "hate to get hit". Everyone of those kids out there (including mine) don't back down from contact. This is football! How do they have a 10-1 record while "avoiding contact as much as possible". Has your team played us this year? Please share what you are basing your statement on?

We have already established you have not seen a Columbia Academy game this year. Have you reviewed stats for CA? They are more than capable of executing "ground and pound" offense. They are a much more balanced offense.

I've seen enough of Coach L to know your opinion is just that....your opinion. I have watched games where they had to come from behind and "change on the fly".

Have you watched a Columbia Academy GAME this year? If you are saying they don't like to get hit physically I would like to hear what you are basing that statement on. If you are saying they don't like to get scored on first again I would love to hear what you are basing that statement on. "Can't adjust" Really? Although that has not been required in 90% of the games they have adjusted when needed.

I actually started at the beginning and read ALL the comments. My son has a big game tomorrow...but I will be there to support all the boys out there who BELIEVE and are playing to WIN. Go Dawgs!

I hope you are not an adult and speaking like that....these teams are made up of young men. Do they deserve to be ridiculed? All this smack talk doesn't play the game. These young men will play their hearts out to the finish and leave it all on the field. Isn't that what we want them to do?? Isn't that what the game of football is all about? 1 Corinthians 16:13

Please know your facts before responding. The 2nd string has played the 2nd half of every game except one this year...if your 2nd string has a chance to score why should they be deprived of that opportunity. Those boys work hard all week and play all out too. That 5'2", 110 lb freshman QB did move the team down the field along with his teammates. Should they just roll over and not execute their plays or only give 50% effort?
