I don't know much about Baird, but I know he had a few quality wins while at WC. But with a school that size they should be getting more than a few quality wins here and there.. Panter may end up doing fine because she's going to be there as long as she wants to be. That's just the way Warren County works.

It's a 2 way street I'm afraid.. From the talks I have been hearing the coach at WC has quit on them too.. 10 kids quit over the summer, including Turner who transferred back to her home town to play for Panter and then up and quits her senior year?! Something is seriously wrong with that program and it all starts with the coach!

Sad to say, but seems you are right. 10 kids quitting over the summer speaks volumes about the program. i have watched them play a hand full of times and it seems the kids are just going through the motions. Kind of hard to get any excitement from the kids when they look at the bench and the coach is sitting with their legs crossed and after the game she bails on them straight to the locker room, shaking the opposition teams hands and walking straight off leaving your team on the floor.. But seems WC is okay with hiring "friends" over and over and it will continue to happen as long as the powers that be are in place. Sad to see a school with a large student enrollment be terrible year after year because of friendships.. Was she ever successful at the middle school? I'm not familiar with her at that level.

Warren county was up 10-0 early, tied 15-15 end of 1, 25-25 at half and SM comes outta the locker room and goes on a 22-3 run in the 3rd And the wheels are off at this point.. Rumor is the frosh this year and the upcoming frosh are gonna turn things around.. Stay tuned😜

Can't seem to get on the same page with one another. They have decent talent, and the freshman are gonna be tough if they can adjust quickly.. With so many kids quitting in the off season it's made it hard..

Warren county's point guard out with a concussion against white county.. Game would have been a lot closer with her at the lead.. Not saying Warren county would have won, but believe the score would have been tighter. IMO

This is true from what I have heard from others in the county..

Congrats to VBC on a great season.. Future is bright for that group of kids..

Dangerfield has always been one of the smallest if not the smallest on the floor in every games she's ever played.. She's gonna do well at UCONN, have no doubt in my mind.. She is little, however her speed and court awareness not to mention her shot from any where on the floor is what makes her a special player. The program may say she's 5'4 but when she is on the court she is as big as anyone out there..

Dangerfield for Blackman is the best pg I've ever seen play on the high school level.. And has 1 year left to get another gold ball.. It's no wonder Geno at uconn is chomping nails to get her..

The last foul on Gipson was shady. If anything it should have been over the back on Johnson.. Personally I would have had not called anything and let it play out, but I don't wear stripes.. Oakland plays a tremendous game, hats off to them on a great season and a good gold ball run.. Taking the #1 ranked team in the nation into double OT is something to be proud of!!

Dodgen presses every team he plays throughout the season, and does so with success.. MLK definitely had the height advantage and yes the fouls were shady at best.. But, the press was non existent tonight.. Davis had a bulls eye on her back all night for some reason.. Hard to win when everyone is constantly being whistled for fouls, but that happens and you have to play through it.. Congrats CC on another great year..

Adjusting to the free standing goals is hard and completely messes with depth perception.. Hopefully cannon county can adjust quickly and get the W in the glass house..

If cannon county can get over the gym size and the free standing goals they win this game. They are going to have to hit their shots and have minimal turnovers. MLK is very fast but play out of control at times.. Should be a good game with cannon coming out on top..

Will be a good game.. Just hope cannon doesn't lay a first round egg like they have the previous 2 years..
