I think SD could be a spoiler for alot of teams. There is alot of talent on the team that alot haven't seen. It's just a personal opinion anyway. It does seem the west is getting more love. LOL

I wouldn't count SD out just yet. Shame they were 2nd at the duals and can't get a top 10 ranking.

Are there any supplements that a young athlete can use to boost his performance during the off season. Protein obviously. Anything else Creatin,BCAA's,etc,etc.

He should be considered atleast after getting robed. But that's just my opinion. I don't know the rules on this or if there even is a rule.

Shame it ended that way for Russo. Good kid who loves the sport.

He was returned to the mat with to much force per official said the Times Freepress.110% was ment to say he was wrestling hard. Are we really going nitpick. The point is the kid said he could continue and was cleared by the trainer. The coach would not allow him to continue and Russo was robbed of a possible 3rd title.

Anyone see the Russo match. What happened. Shame it ended that way. Russo is a good kid and was probably just wrestling at 110%.

Maybe next time dont change the order the morning of the tournament. Stick to the flyier so there is no confusion.

The flyer on track had folkstyle 1st,freestyle then greco. I saw no reason to arrive at 8. This change was made that morning. We would have came on up if we had known. This change affected alot of kids only intrested in doing freestyle/greco.

We were only doing freestyle/geco. Drove 2hrs to wrestle this tournament. Arrived to find out the tournament director decided to start freestyle instead of folkstyle with "NO" advanced notice. Several kids did not get to wrestle freestyle including mine. I was not impressed. We will be going to ATL next yr.
