Agreed. It was the first time this year I got to see OR play. I think they will make a hard run in the late season. Cordova looked really good. If they play better with the D-1 commit be hard to handle.

That was hard to listen to yesterday. It's hard to understand what is taking place on a radio but I guess, ouch.

If Maryville handles the pressure and blocks out they will win. I have seen Blackmon play a few times and they win on hustle and effort mostly and score a lot off turnovers. Ball handling and passing will be critical. Maryville has great shooters on any given night but they are going to have to do it with someone in their face, full court. That will be the deciding factor. Maryville hasn't face the kind of pressure that Blackmon will bring this year but I still think they can beat them. If they match the intensity.

Maryville got the job done, which is outstanding. It was crowded where I was at but there was plenty of room for many, many more throughout the gym. The 4th Quarter was a little disconcerting for a few minutes but they pulled it out. I ended up being like Solomon and checking scores for most of the 4th. On a side note, there was a couple of College coaches sitting right in front of me. Don't know who they were watching, probably guard for DB if I was guessing.

That was a tight game. Im glad Maryville pulled that out but I can't believe Oak Ridge kept kicking the ball back out with 15sec left. They were down 4 not three. I'm glad they did it though for it run out the clock.

I agree. I was shocked myself. However, the atmosphere was great, gym packed, and thats the way its supposed to be. It makes a great environment for the kids when a gym is like that.Today should be a great game, hopefully.

Maryville's intensity, effort, hustle, team play, etc. They all played great and all played with a lot of heart. Bearden didn't come close to matching any of it. Don't know what was up. FIrst game Maryville didn't match Bearden's intensity. Second meeting I thought Maryville played great but was wrong. 3rd meeting, tonight, Maryville played great every second of the game.

Seriously who cares. I could care less who goes where and who does what. Recruiting has been going on since the 80's that I know of. Every class and every division. Again, who cares.

Best game played by far. Great intensity and effort all around. Miller had a great game.

Whew. That was to close. I thought free throws was going to cost them.

I noticed that he was out but didn't know what had happened. Hope he gets better quick, they definitely miss him.

Fulton looked pretty good in taking care of AE. I just don't think the guard play of Carter can hang with Fulton.

That took everything I had to watch that game for that was terrible basketball on any level. Heritage won, unfortunately but not surprisingly.

Agree with RW it was a really good game.
