Haven't seen McKenzie and only have seen the Cardinals briefly but We have some friends from Adamsville and play in the same Baseball district so We will be rooting from the Hill for the Cardinals...Good Luck to both teams and hope Everyone comes out injury free...Should Be a really Good one to Watch...2A Showdown for Sure... I will predict Cardinals by a TD..thats solely based off posts such as this , History and Newspaper articles. Really just a guess!!!

As far as polls , I think its to early to have a poll out.IMO. As far as SH is concerned , We haven't done anything yet to be ranked in any poll. After about week 8 or so , then we can come back and have more discussion. Lots of football to be played and I really believe when things are all said and done. MY SH LIONS will have made a good showing on the field , if NOT. Will Still proud of these YOUNG MEN for What they stand for. Good GROUP that I can't say ENOUGH about!!! AS for respect for LC in the polls...I firmly believe that the polls will give due respect to any team that gets IT DONE on the field...Just To Early as of Now...We will ALL know more about our teams after tonight.... Panthepride-you may be correct...I will not argue against that...We Both agree this is going to be a very good game....Be some sore kids tomorrow...hope everyone stays healthy...In a few hours these men get to strap them on and settle it on the field...I can't wait...Exciting!!

This Should be a Very Good Game to watch. After watching some film and much thought about the game. SH has a more Balanced attack , LC has a really good running Game. SH has had good success against the Run but not sure they have seen a team with the OL & backs that LC has. Turnovers and Special teams could play a huge part in this game. If SH turns the ball over and gives LC really good field position it may cost them. If SH protects the ball I still believe they win at home...This will be A REALLY Tough win IMO...Classic HS football Game...Would be A BIG win for SH's Program...Just Hope Everyone stays healthy....Look for 4,5,6 & 14 to have huge nights for My Lions!!! Safe Travels to Everyone!!!

The Lions Strength IMO is their Run Defense...I think they will score with a balanced attack...Lewis County has the Lions respect and will not be taken Lightly. Look for a very Physical Game. The Lions Run Game will open up the Passing game and Vice Versa, These Lions will be a team to be reckoned with come playoff time due to the versatility they have this year. The defensive secondary started the season Young and banged up but has gotten healthier and more experience. We still have work to do in the secondary but like i have said in the past. Watch out for the Lions, These boys play the game RIGHT, Don't under estimate the Value of hard work and Chemistry. These Young men have a ton of Grit and If Lewis Wins this week they will have earned it on the field. Strap them on tight and be ready to play...I hope Everyone stays healthy. I look for my LIONS to come out hungry! THIS SHOULD BE A REALLY GOOD GAME , FUN to WATCH.Good luck and SAFE TRAVELS!!!

I too think the Lions come out and play very physical this Friday night. They came out this past Saturday night and couldn't get if going in the first half.Hats off to a very good Wayne county team. No excuses. I will say this that anybody that plays the Lions will know they been in a football game. They have averaged a couple shots each game that are worthy of high light films. I fully expect this to be the same ..strap em on boys and play...if u beat them you will have earned it this week and if that's the case I will give the Hickman county bulldogs all credit in the world.Not going to predict a win either because I have not seen the Bulldogs in person and I would be basing my opinion on preseason polls or other people's opinion.Scotts hill has gotten better over the years and that's a reflection of great leadership. They have lots of things to improve on...but just the way they play I think keeps them in contention for a region title. Time will tell. Hope everyone stays healthy !

Great game. Wayne county is very good football team. Scotts hill had 4 costly turnovers around the 25 yard line . Defense had to stay on the field. So proud of my lions. Good things ahead. Boys showed a lot of heart. They showed me tonight they can go 4 quarters . Hats off to the wildcats. What a game!!!

Don't Forget about my Bold prediction about the FINAL Poll...the SCOTT'S HILL LIONS will be lingering around somewhere in TOP 10......May be SURPRISE of the year!!! True testament of hardwork , teamwork and GRIT....

My Scott's Hill Lions are a very Talented , Hard Working and a bunch of Gritty Young Men that Believes in them selves and Each other...They play as a UNIT..Be Interesting to see how the season Unfolds , I am not saying they are going to win a State Title...But i am saying that this team is a Very Unique group of young men that Hold each other accountable and Believe in each other. They are Led my some Amazing Coaches that have incorporated So many VALUES that ARE CLEARLY SEEN on FRIDAY Night...Every WEEK these boys come out with MORE & MORE Confidence......Look for them to be around in the Final Top TEN Poll....Just Not SURE where yet...TIME WILL TELL...PROUD to BE A SCOTT'S HILL LION!!!!
