If what I'm hearing from a few of the players, it's on the verge of total collapse. Moore won't let his coaches actually coach and Upton is alienating nearly every senior on the team. I hope this is just really blown out of proportion but it sounds like a few of the coaches egos are getting in the way of what could be a decent team

I'm one of the biggest supporters of the Warren County football team there is, the TEAM, the kids playing and the coaches. Some of the parents make me absolutely sick to my stomach. None of the players I've spoken to really cared about the sign. It was a few moms, who have future NFL All Pros on the team (just ask them) that got offended. It's part of sports to trash talk, players,coaches and MOST fans understand this. I would be willing to bet that these same parents were at p/t conferences this week complaining that just because Little Johnny didn't turn all his homework he doesn't deserve that D instead it should be a B so it won't hurt his self esteem. Makes me sick that's the state of political correctness our country is becoming

Personally, I hope our younger kids take this opportunity to see what a real program looks like. The Rebels have 15 state titles and I don't think the Pioneers have a total of 15 wins in the last 10 years. Hopefully the parents won't run this staff off like they have the last 3. I just pray for a injury free game on both sides

There is some reality to what Pioneersports and stud are saying but not total reality. This group of senior parents are the worst ever. Only maybe one of them even shows up to s booster meeting and the other just ###### and complain on Facebook, and speaking of that you have folks like Wilkinson getting on social media stirring the pot, when he and his kid didn't have the balls to stick it out As for players trusting the staff, it's hard to trust anyone when your parents run a coach off because he doesn't do it the way it's always been done

Why do you care what Warren does? You and your son abandoned the community and the players he had played football with since pee wee. Oh, I know maybe it's because the rumors are true about the almighty Wilkinson clan moving back to Warren County so the wonder kid can play basketball. I hope if that's your plan, the AD has the cojones to stand up to the Dibrell Mafia and doesn't sign off on the deal also hopefully enough basketball players will refuse to play on the same team with a person who has already proven he is only playing sports for personal gain and doesn't care about the team or teammates.

Got a "hypothetical" question for you good folks on the T. Let's say you are going to remodel your house and don't like the new football coach that was just hired at your son's high school. You make a temporary move to,( let's say Cookeville, just for kicks). You're son becomes the starting QB for your/his new team, but after football season you move back to your newly remodeled home and the kid starts back at his old school and wants to play basketball. Is this within the TSSAA rules and as an athletic director do you allow it. Some of us good folks in McMinnville would like input on this "hypothetical" scenario.

Not saying you not right about Jennings, but 4-5 years ago another elite qb from DeKalb came into McMinnville, supposed to be the next big thing. Warren County was not known as an aggressive defensive team, supposed to not be good against the pass, but that night Pioneers blitzed, chased and harassed him all night long and he came up empty handed. Don't believe it go ask him, I believe he is on DeKalb's staff now.

My offer still stands if you've got the testicular fortitude to take me up on it

Word has it that Warren might be getting a couple of speedy newcomers when things resume from dead period. This might not be the same old Pioneers from the last 25 years

As long as the kids like them and they improve, I don't care if they paint the downtown water tower
