  1. I saw Camden and Creekwood game. It was a whole lot closer than the score indicated. Camden started fouling toward the end of the game and Creekwood was making all the freethrows. The Vick kid looked good and the Stanford kid made some big three's and played some good defense. They didn't have a lot of help scoring though, not sure if it was an off night for others or what. From what I saw I think Camden has a chance to finish 1, 2, or 3 in the district. I hope I get to see a few more games it should be an exciting year.
  2. that is alot of speed but, these guys need to wear out the weight room during the off season if they want to stay durable during and at the end of the season into the playoffs.
  3. i would say that is right on the MONEY! TSSAA doesnt care about the public schools. which means they could care less for public school kids. TSSAA is just doing what the NCAA is doing and that is taking in the most money they can. SAD, SAD, SAD STORY! but very True. not fair to any of the kids really
  4. i believe the intent of the discussion is; Rice is a very good player. BUT, compared to 12, he nor is anyone he has played against this year is on the same level as 12. call it what u want, phrase any way you want, 12 is by far THE PLAYER in any game he will be in this year.
  5. After hearing about the lockdown defense Camden put on Huntingdon and Big Sandy along with Vick's presence I feel like Camden has a chance to compete with anyone in the district except for Creekwood. I can't wait to see them play, sounds like they have a kid who can shut anyone down
  6. dont let stirring it up get u flustered. i know him, he was one of those kids that tried out for every sport and always ended up washing the J*&K straps. he is a good Home EC teacher i heard. he just needs a little self assurance every now and again to make sure sure he still produces testosterone.
  7. ive seen both teams. both NCS and WC very good programs this year. my break down of this soon to be great game is this. QB's-rice has this advantage a mile. NCS QB plays his role well but he is not the caliber player of Rice. Running backs-this definitly goes to NCS, #12 may very well be the best athlete on the field. OL-advantage goes to NCS. very good blocking and protection. but will it be enough? DL-WC/ these boys persue better than any ive seen this year with a whole lot of speed. Secondary goes to NCS/ Rice will have to be on target or pic 6"s will be the result. Game may very well come down to turnovers and who has posession last. this game should be televised!
  8. 1. Creekwood 2-4 a toss up between Waverly, Camden, Fairview 5. Hickman 6. Stewart Co. 7. Montgomery Central 8. East Hickman 9. Lewis County 2nd - 4th will comw down to taking care of business at home and getting one big road win Waverly has depth Fairview has size Camden has one of the best offensive players and a great defensive player Should be a great season of district ball
  9. thats how they do it in east tenn. coin toss. west tenn football, hole different story
  10. this is true. those guys love a good fight and their fans do to.
  11. Question to the NCS folks; are they selling advanced tickets to friday nights game or no?
  12. with the size and athletic ability that will be on the field friday, this will be a very physical game on both sides. just hope nobody is injured on either side. this is gonna be a joy to watch!
  13. hahaha is that all you got? troll, thats your comeback. seriously, i thought you would be talking football by now. you know, how to support your team and such. get a job son, or come back with some positive stuff for your team.
