By the way....Antioch's two losses are to Columbia(GA) who is the number 5 team in Georgia according to unapproved website and Duncanville(Tx) who is the number 1 team in Texas and their only regular season loss was by 1 to Oak Hill. Antioch has definatly played in some tough games which helps come tournament time.

Did you actually see any of those teams play?? I saw them all and there is no way that any of the teams now would beat them. I do hope that Maryville pulls off the win tomorrow. I really like how yall play tough basketball.

Is it just me, or do these teams look a lot weaker than teams in the past? The White Station teams of the earlier 2000's would beat these teams easily. The White County, Columbia, Science Hill, and Brainerd teams of the 90's would also beat any of these teams. To me, this year's tournament talent level looks way down.

I am glad Aaron Douglas for Maryville is going to be a football Vol. He is a fighter. He is not a scoring threat or a finess player, but he was BY FAR the best rebounder in the state tourney. Clarksville better hit their shots because they will not get too many second chance looks.

I am from middle Tennessee and I am glad to see that it looks like middle is gonna take AAA this year. With that being said and before you all start bashing Memphis for this one year, look back and see that Memphis has won AAA the last seven years. White County over Columbia in 99 was the last time any non-Memphis team has won the AAA state tourney.

Who cares if Siegel posters do not give Shelbyville respect. I give them all the respect i have and most people do. They played with tons of heart. Siegel fans have been saying all year, " we give credit where credit is due." If you don't think credit is due for Shelbyville then you are just being ignorant and biased. Both of your teams deserve a lot of credit. There were about 100 other AAA teams that would have givin anything to walk into the Murphy Center with the chance to play for a championship just like both of your teams. Congrats to all 24 teams that made it to the boro this year. 300 other teams sit at home and watched.

I don't think it was classless. With all of the emotion going on, everyone would have acted the same way. I believe it was visable that Hamilton was not getting the majority of the calls and that one at the buzzer could have gone either way, so i dont think it was a bad call. Barry Stewart showed how clutch he is. Tennessee should be recruiting that kid. Anyways, I have noticed all week, that Hamilton had more class than any other team over there. The bench cheers for their team at all times, they have no back talk or disgusted looking faces after a foul or turnover is called on them, and they really just love the GAME of basketball. They don't let anything upset them. I think if you want to see classless, you should have looked at number 23 for shelbyville. But congrats to Shelbyville for making it to this game. It means only one team in the whole state is better than you, and congrats to Hamilton for going 39-0.

I think RE will win by 10 plus.... but just curious... why did yall think that yall could beat Hamilton but don't think shelbyville has a shot at RE?

No 4 points is right b/c yall are better coached. They made some very stupid plays like that oop attempt at the beginning of the game. They have more hops and are overall quicker and that is why they out rebounded yall. I do think that yall would have played a better game against Hamilton than Whites Creek will because yall play more of a halfcourt game than them but yall can run when needed.

Look. I like Siegel's team and as i said before i love how Cutter plays. Whether yall admit it or not, yall the posters were looking past Whites Creek and looking at Hamilton.

Why do you say that "we" screwed it up??? I believe Whites Creek played a great game. They were much more athletic. If anyone screwed up yalls season it was Whites Creek.

Ummm you all give up 46 points a game to east teams. Last time i checked South Greene and Science Hill are no Hamilton. I don't think it will be an easy win and like you say anyone can be beaten on any given night, but i HAVE to go with Hamilton by about 10 or so.

Bradley did beat Hamilton. They shot lights out in that game. Hamilton was very unorganized and lacked team play.
