Farragut has really suprised me this year. At first I thought they would be real strong, but then they lost to Catholic and I kinda counted them out, but with a strong win over CAK and several over Bearden, they may take state for the 3rd straight time.

Knox Catholic. I was very suprised with their season and now the win over McCallie in PK's. They get my vote.

If Seymour plays the game that they played against CAK i believe that they could come out on top. I haven't been able to see LC play very much this year, but Seymour had CAK on their heels until a fullback put away a header and Sam Ferguson drilled a free kick. I am gonna go with the underdog n this one 1-0 with a goal from either Andrew Moiser or Spencer Proctor.

Brandon Tarr does play on the national team, so that must mean he's decent. I mean, from what I've heard, he is the first Tennessean ever to play on any level off the national team.

I think that Knox. Catholic plays really rough soccer. I dont think that they are to dirty, although they can be a little.

Was this a really evenly played game or did one side dominate and just get unlucky?

I was told that Ben Backstrum scored on a beautiful left footed volley into the top corner, so it was apparently a really good game.

The Knoxville area has some of the best soccer in the state of Tennessee. I'm not too up to date on the other areas, but I know that its hard to go against Bearden, Farragut, CAK, Catholic, and Oak Ridge. I would love to get updated on the other regions, though.

So how did the big game turn out and what did the wet ground, bad refs, and what not have to do with it.

Nearly exactly as i predicted. Mexico came out and dominated and it was a rough 2-1 loss instead of a 3-1 loss, but i WAS pretty close.

I think that that is for the captains and the coaches to decide. I mean you can't just not go to games caus you dont want to go. But some people have their reasons. We have a player that misses frequently because he is on the national team and has to go and play like Holland.
