Slow my role? What is my role pencil pusher? Just my opinion,this is not the hardest hitting team in the world I'm just trying to figure out why they are getting penalized so much more than the other teams every game. It is not discipline!Must have a bunch of writers officiating the games.

This team is just very,very physical. These refs aren't used to seeing kids get lit up every single play. It's got to be dirty right. #6 lead blocking hits theses DB's and LB'S like they haven't been hit before and he is just lead blocking. During the coalfield game he was leading for #1, decleated 2 players and they were laying on their backs calling for flags! For what getting hit to hard? It's round bale syndrome if you ask me.

I have a question. I know the refs are out there to protect players from injuries and call penalties when they see them, but are they trying to protect these kids feelings too. It seems to me every time we are ready to blow these teams off the field the refs are calling some crap. I don't want to run scores up, but dang it would have liked to have been home a little earlier with a running clock. And don't blame it on team discipline! It's football not figure skating.

Mercy rule! I still stand by last week's mercy rule prediction. The penalties killed us, it was when they occurred every one of them was on a 3rd and long or a fourth down. The pass interference call on #8 during his int. Wow horrible call. Then you throw in the 4 turnovers. That's basically 4 tds off the board because they could not stop us, then we are back to a mercy rule game. This week 49-7.

Ladykee I have read every single post on, about or around Greenback this year and no one had said anything out of line on your part or by nation. Just hate to see this stuff. Been going on forever at GB though as long as I can remember anyway. Just hate to think about a great team like this would have to deal with any of this. Hate it for the boys.

This is ridiculous. I'm gone for the rest of the year unless we can talk some football and maybe some trash about the other teams. But I know Greenback so here are my predictions for the rest of the year Coalfield mercy rule. Midway mercy, Hairman-mercy, Sunbright mercy, playoffs rounds 1-3 you guessed it MERCY. 4th round south-pitt should be a good one.

If Greenback mercy rules a top 7/10 team will they get more respect?

There is no way any of these boys purposely are dropping balls, missing blocks, laying down for anything. The receivers are great just need to show up during SHOWTIME. #1 is great but so are a lot of others. Don't let some troll stir up something that isn't there. #8 is too smart too let these idiots get to him. #6 is a beast. Sometimes you have too wait your turn when you are an underclassmen it's just the way it is.

They had some good ball players . One defensive tackle I remember was exceptional Ben was his first name can't remember his last. Ran into him a couple of times decided to go around him the rest! Haha . Their Coach was a real class act as well he came on our bus after we beat them our Sr. Year to congratulate us, very nice.
