Not sure what is not fair. Upperman won 3 games thus far in region and that's what you have to win every year to get in. Your saying Upperman played a week Monterey and York did not play any 1A however Upperman beat York. What part is confusing?

Since you seem to have short term memory I will remind you who Upperman is. Upperman is the team that came in your house last year on the final game and took the region title. Now even if you do win this game during a down year for them, the best you can be is 1-1 against Upperman. So check the cockiness at the door sir.

I think everyone is counting Upperman out a little to quick. I guess tonight will either prove me wrong or the majority of you. May all the kids in all the games be injury free tonight.

There must be some confusion in what were saying and what your interpreting. Were not saying more kids equals championships. They have to play other teams that are of equal size so they cannot easily obtain a championship. What we are saying is if a 6a only had to play 3a teams all season then Cookeville or other 6a schools would have MANY titles. Either you are wrong or the whole high school football system since day 1 and all of us are wrong. Again, just to reiterate it means you have more kids and numbers always will give you more chances to have more talent, not championships because you have to play other schools at your level and talent.

This may be one of the dumbest comments on CoachT and your log in should be suspended for even saying it. It is not small factor it is a HUGE factor. The more kids you have the more talent your going to have, the more depth your going to have. Injuries won't impact you as bad because there may not be as much talent difference in your 1's and 2's. Also please don't refer to Maryville because I can list 20k high schools were reality of the number of students makes a difference your naming 1.
