Tyler Shelton is the best football coach Cosby has ever had.

I am not 100% sure but I heard that this is not true. Cosby will need him and Valentine to work hard down low to fill the gap left by Blakely, McGaha, and Hewitt. Someone will have to step up down low for Cosby to be as strong as in the past. I look for them to take a little while to develop this year due to football being as successful as it is. I am sure those guys on the football team that play basketball still have their focus on football. Anyway, good luck to Cosby

Glad everything went well for Adam and there was no damage to his ankle. We are all still thinking about him. GET WELL SOON!

God works in mysterious ways. I pray that everything works out for the best for Adam. I hope you know that not all of Cosby's fans are as depicted by their ignorant remarks on Coach T. I am sure that you are not always proud of some of Hampton's fans also. We all need to realize that it is just a game. One winner and one loser each game. One win or one loss doesn't mean the end of the world. We need to remember to keep everything in perspective.

Fall Break -- They are out on Friday and Monday

Is Hampton out of school tomorrow? Cosby is out and I was wondering if anyone thinks this will have an impact on the game. I know coaches like to keep the same routine for each game and being out of school definitely disrupts the regular routine. What do you think?

Hey -- PUJO You sure do a lot of posting on here -- when do you ever work?? No really- just to let you know I enjoy reading your thoughts on everything -- don't always agree but still enjoy. Look for a real good game Friday night.

I guess with all the excitement about the football team this year it is a little early to talk basketball.

I think both teams will come out a little tight because of all of the hype surrounding this game. But I look for both teams to settle down and have a down right slug fest, with Cosby prevailing in a close one :justwrestle: Safe travels to everyone -- see you on the hill.

Coach Flatford returns to Cosby after a one year absence and Coach Coggins has stepped aside. How if any will this affect the team? Will we be as strong as last year? How about another state tourney appearance? Lets hear your thoughts!

You got to respect and admire Cocke County for their effort. They are working hard and getting better every game. This is the beginning of rebuilding the program to a higher level.

I hope someone will be able to update the scoreboard on Coach T tonight during the game since I won't be able to be there.

Cocke County should not loose sight of their goal, which is to improve each game. Focus should be on rebuilding the program to the level it used to be and even higher. This is not something that can be done overnight, but I believe that Cocke County is headed in the right direction. With all this said -- GOOD LUCK on the remainder of your season!!

I think Unaka is be the best team that Cosby has faced this year, however I predict Cosby in a close one.

Well, I think that Cocke County has made some progress this season and I hope the progress continues and brings back the successful Cocke County football program that we all remember. However, I don't think they are quiet there yet, so I will have to go with Greeneville on this game.

I hope the Eagles are working hard this week. Keep focused and take no one for granted. I think the Eagles will win this one. GO COSBY!

Any win is a good win, but you can't take any win for granted. Do not get the big head just because you are undefeated, that just makes you a bigger target for the oppostion to aim for. Hopefully the team realizes that every opponent must be prepared for and taken seriously. There are no freebies. Work hard each week and stay focused, as if you were playing for the championship every game. Good luck next week and keep up the good work.
