I believe I read that the regions will be set for the next four years. Will that mean some schools will schedule home-and-away series for two years? Or go ahead and lock them up for the four years?

I personally would love to see a gritty matchup with Meigs Co. I think it would be great for their school if 1500+ RC fans converged on their field. My sources tell me Meigs hasn't answered the phone in the past.

I think Rhea Co. will not look past Lenoir City. Hosted them first round a few years ago. It was a 35-24 game. That had that very quick wideout that committed to UT. I think eventually he got in trouble and transferred to another school.

It's a watered-down system brought about by greed. Back in the day when you won a state title A--or AA --or AAA you were really doing something. You were beating out 140 schools. Now if you beat out 10 schools.

McMinn lost 29-0. Over 300 yards in penalties in that game on both sides, when it was obvious for McMinn. Coach pulled players to the bus right after it was over. No hand shakes. Tempers were on high, and it was all due to the way the refs handled the game, which was poorly.

Refs in Athens are hands down the most corrupt officials on the planet. They should be reported to TSSAA.

22 carries for the Owls for (-4) total yards. Six sacks, ya'll need to work on that run blocking and pass protection. You might drop back and sling it for 600 yards, but if you can't run - it will be lights out in the future. Scoring six pts won't win too many games. Clearly your QB fumbled because your tackle whiffed. But if the the Athens refs call him down, you still lose by two tds. You would think the Delusional Owls won. Posts about wide open wide receivers, suspect secondary, dominating the line. Your guys scored six points. Your QB was on his back on the turf more than points scored. If it all plays out, it will be another trip to Evensville for the Owls in the playoffs. Owls can't seem to stay out of trouble by then, and it will be another excuse about choking.
