Well, I know all four of my son's jersey's are hanging in my laundry room at all times (minus game day). They aren't allowed to wear them outside of game day or pictures, but that doesn't mean other schools can't wear theirs. I see other players at our games and out and about around town wearing theirs all the time, including HHS. P.S. Better to be on Judge Judy than Jerry Springer!

It's clear, the ones who leave AHS or MHS to play at county schools are never questioned. But God forbid they leave a county school to play at AHS or MHS!

I saw several HHS players with jersey's on at the Take a Stance party on Saturday, so apparently, they either have previous years jersey's, or they do leave the stadium.

This thread is so long, I am sure what I am about to mention has already been mentioned. But my biggest pet peeve is a parent criticizing a player on missing a block, pass, catch, etc. These are kids, they're learning the game every day. They aren't being paid to play football. AND, you don't know if their parent is sitting nearby.

We have to wrap him up good, can't take down 6'6 easily.

Are you saying the school district should have the say over a court custody ruling? Every other day and every other weekend is what the court ruled for the boy I was speaking of.

He LIVES in Maryville and his son plays for that team.

Oh, IDK, but people are so dang quick to judge! I have an Alcoa player in my neighborhood. My guess is, his parents are divorced b/c I only see him a few times a week and every other weekend. I don't go running around yelling Rankin is stealing kids from Maryville. There is a reason behind everything and so many are SO QUICK to judge.

What is "Bear kountry"? You do know there are plenty of split families right? Only one parent has to have a Maryville City address. And there are so many other rules that allow kids to go to schools in different cities/counties. IDK if you live in Maryville City and get the same MCS handbook each year as I do, but all of the zoning guidelines/rules and exceptions are in there.

PP/MM, what is sad is you bashing Maryville and their top notch coaching staff. Is it because your high school football experience was terrible and now you're taking it out on us/them? Or did you even PLAY football?
