It will never happen, but if I was coach Mathis and coach Grider I would not send any kid on the field against them and just forfeit. Not worth Grundy taking a cheap shot at one or more of our kids and causing them to miss games. MC/SP gains nothing by playing them, only a chance to get someone hurt.

Can we? If you knew some of the things they have done and/or tried to do to every school in the county you would want them gone also.

As a father and a fan, I did not want Marion to play Grundy.

We have some great kids back don't get me wrong, I think our overall team speed is faster than last year. And I think #'s 55,56,52,30,14,18,21, 2 and especially #8 will determine how far this team goes. I'm sure I'm leaving some kids out

Very small, we look like a small middle school line. But they will be fine later in the year. (maybe lol)

OP was right all along it's coming, so all you 1A teams take notice, if you want to go to Cookeville you gotta go through South Pittsburg.

Not trying to ruffle any feathers but I was not that impressed with number 62 I thought number 55 the Daniels kid was the best lineman y'all had on both sides of the ball hands down because he brought it every Friday night. Just my opinion

Bassy I did not take it personally, and I agree we lost some good linemen. But don't sell this group short they might just surprise some people.

Never said they won't miss a beat just side they will be fine. Luckily for them they have a great OL coach in Coach K. They, just like SP, will have some growing up to do. It's hard to replace 3 yr starters but this team is working hard and I'll put them up against anyone we play strength wise.
