  1. Fayetteville looks very badly coached. There’s so much talent on that team. I think their coach got the playbook out of Madden. Moore Co not playing exceptionally well.
  2. Fayetteville- 8 Moore County -7 a holding call wiped off a log TD run from KJ Jackson. City’s score came off a short field after an int of Parker
  3. I know right!? Who is really buying fried bologna at a high school football game? It's probably just cooked in the microwave anyways.
  4. If you are wanting to catch up on this thread without reading all of it I have you covered, Opening: "Who is going to win this one?" City Fans: "Why isn't our coach the clear cut Region Coach of the Year!!??" MC Fans: "It doesn't matter what's happened the last 2 times we've played Fayetteville! Raiders by 2 scores!" City Fans: "We are 20-2 the last two seasons!" MC Fans: "Not according to the official records, *cough* CHEATERS *cough*" *Apparently the City concessions has fried bologna, and it goes quick City Fans: something about bus routes and never doing anything wrong MC Fans: "How many transfers you got this year!" City Fans: "Aren't both of your Mr. Football candidates transfers?" MC Fans: "Umm.. but...WELL THEY DIDN'T TRANSFER IN FOR JUST THEIR SR YEAR! They were definitely here last year, I don't even think they count as transfers," I think this just about covers it. Should be a fun game! Outsiders projection: 35-20 - Moore County advances!
  5. City's best football player is a freshmen, and he isn't going anywhere except for D1 when he graduates high school
  6. Has the coach elevated the talent at City, or has the talent elevated the coach? The team is undisciplined in terms of penalties and ball security. Just from the few games I saw the last two seasons, and other games I've heard about, it seems the talent bails him out of a lot of bad decisions. Impressed by the talent on the roster, not so much the coaching.
  7. I'm just trying to be right at least once. Guess I should go with the opposite of my initial thoughts. Also gave them too much credit for the Cornersville win
  8. Ohhh....That is brutal. Refs in Fayetteville can be questionable to say the least. Watched the coach throw a headset to the numbers of the field and not even get an unsportsmanlike penalty
  9. Watertown is flat out a MACHINE! Most underrated team in 2A in my opinion. Cousin Brayden is next level from the Eye test. I did see them against White House, but still...
  10. Seen all these Raider fans giving ample amounts of respect to Stewart form Huntland, so I went to unapproved website and looked at his stats against Moore County this year....I get it now. I've got to see him play once this year against Cornersville. He's tough to bring down for sure and seems to always get a few more yards than you'd expect.
  11. How do you have "3 Mr. Football Candidates" and not even be the 1 seed in your region? That's a head scratcher for sure. The Mustangs are about to take the Raiders to the Old Town Road, and they're gonna ride till they can't no more.
  12. Dial up a good ole' fashioned barn burner for this one. This is the game I'm hoping to get out and see Friday night, It should be a good one.
  13. KJ Jackson looks like he is coming into his own as a freshman. Dynamic athlete for sure. How did City only beat Huntland by a score when the Hornets played without Stewart for most the game? That is shocking. If I remember correctly Huntland lost it's top 2 backs against City last season and lost a close game. This one seems like it is starting to become a rivalry
  14. There has to be a party going on in Manchester and McMinnville today. For Coffee and Warren to get away from the RuCo schools is like Christmas.
  15. Daggum y'all aint pulling any punches! How bad is Grundy?
  16. I don't think Huntingdon is as good as everyone thinks. Bruceton nearly beat them. Cornersville needs to run the football 95% of the game and control the clock. I have the bulldogs in this one 21-13.
  17. First off, TheCovidQB might be the greatest CoachT name of all time. It has nearly rendered me speechless with it's greatness. I think Fayetteville comes into this game over-confident. Bruceton has improved over the course of the year and from the one game I have gotten to see this year of Fayetteville although big and fast they are an undisciplined football team. An over confident undisciplined football team met with an improving well coached Bruceton could spell disaster for the Tigers. I also think Bruceton can control the line of scrimmage
  18. I and many other's think Fayetteville is on upset alert this week. Bruceton is healthy and ready to play!
  19. How does Oakland look in person this year?
  20. I'm hearing that he is going to be the asst special teams coach in H-Land
  21. A lot of other schools have already made hires. Cheatham may already have their guy, or at least i hope so
