Because the HC also has to work for school and the school board has to vote to allow the HC to be an employee of TC schools its a public job other than that who cares, None of the other coaches were affected at all. I'm sure still have the same job that they held before they applied for the job

We all knew Blake was the front runner and the person that deserved the job. Great hire by Dr Satt.

I think Blake is the best hire for the TC program may not be the best coach on the list but he is still young and is clearly on his way to being one of the greatest

I think that will work against him and the fans of TC will know that and they won't completely back him it would be Wagg all over again. All of TC fans want stability and someone from TC family that's Blake. If Rang is the coach that will be great too as long as he is a great coach and a good leader of men and keeps the tradition going then he will have my support.

There are only so many different ways to lift im sure that the assistant coach is doing his job. He is the interim head coach so he has the same amount of power as a head coach. I very much doubt the players that are playing basketball are skipping workouts your speaking in hypothetically. The program has been in the weight room they aren't behind. The sky isn't falling the TC football program isn't going to come to an end because the next HC hasn't been announcing yet. Just be patient im sure the HC has been hired the school board has to say yes to hire. TC will be just fine.

How much could a head coach do with the same amount of players playing other sports? I'm sure the assistant coaches are holding the kids accountable in the weight room they may be doing a different lifting program than what the new head coach may implement but lifting islifting.

Maybe he is just doing his due diligence with interviews and making sure he has the right man for the job. Plus there is no rush he has time and he never set date really he said by the 8th or maybe later.

I read the article and coach Satt gave the list to the paper. I love knowing the list I have no problem with any of it.I’m with you just want the best hire and for the coach to stay longer than few years.

That I don't have a clue someone had to give the paper the list. Coach Satt could have given the list to the paper but it's not a big deal to me I like that the fans know the list.

Yes outside of TC its bad publicity but inside TC it's not.

I don't understand why the list was released. Like I said in my other post the Hartsville Vidette and TC football program doesn't have the best of relationships even with police department the paper has released information without the PD permission it wouldn't surprise me if the editor did the same thing with coach search. Last time a list was never made public.

But im sure he has to interview the person for a teaching /administration job that they have to have to be a paid coach in TC.

My top 3 is Blake, Monroe ”Tate ” Thigpen, and Range. Blake is the top runner for me he would bring stability to the program. I also believe he would never leave TC for another coaching job.

I'm not sure coach satt gave permission for the list to be published by the newspaper. The newspaper in Hartsville has pulled stuff like this before with releasing information.
