TC has changed what it does on offense a few times in the semi over the years based on what the other team does. Against Meigs a few years ago at home TC cane out in a 5 wide set and caused Meigs all types of problems. Hampton will see a wrinkle or two that they haven't seen on film all year from TC.

I like the way you'll play. You know what you are good at and either you stop it aw run the ball down your throat the whole game. Our teams are a lot alike we may run the ball in different styles of offense. The game is played on the field, not paper or message boards. Whatever team doesn't turn the ball over wins.

After watching the Hampton game last week I like TC chances. There will be a huge speed advantage for TC. Yes, Hampton is a big team up front but I watch the lineman miss blocks bec of the speed disadvantage. Plus I think the level TC is playing at right now is hard for anyone to compete with. If BC or Banks gets outside Hampton will have huge issues Friday night.

Have even more respect for H2O after this game. I also loved how TC players were hugging the Watertown kids at the end and helping them off the ground with the disappointment of playing their last high school football game.

Nice try but not even close at least get my race right.

That’s a good one lol. One of the best comebacks ever lol.

I have never said Blake was a bad coach I don’t think or feel that way. I said he made some mistakes. Also Blake said he had a sit down with the team and other coaches to discuss some issues and problems that were going on and they work it out. That TC team that H2O played weeks ago was not the TC team I had seen all year. Seems to me that TC has hit that switch and are back on track. TC is clicking on both sides of the bal. Whatever conversation the team had with Blake worked they are back playing hard and just something different about this TC team now. I was really p off with how that bye week was handled I know how dangerous Watertown is and will always be too TC.

Being fathered by Clint. I think he has done a great job of course he has made mistakes but just look at how the overall record.
-
Some of the issues TC people have with Blake is personal. I don't think if he wins 10 gold balls it still wouldn't change anything for those people.

Meigs was what we thought they were a very good team. Like I said before speed kills and that was the defense and the two interceptions. But Meigs wow that's one bs with the actions of some of your players at end of the game. But I understand it's the last game for some of the kids but you don't pull crap like that until t end of the game. But Meigs defense was a very good defense the best I've seen all year. Also Meigs Qb is games and much respect to that kid. But the better team won tonight.

His actions say otherwise. You give a team a week off before the biggest game of the year. What does that say? It's not because the team needs to rest some starters had not played since the Gordy game, not because of injuries but just to rest. The truth is the truth.

I know I am I would never think that TC has the Watertown game in the bag. Blake felt that way he look past H2O. His actions showed that and I know for a fact that he felt he would beat Watertown with ease. But we all make a mistake im sure he won't do that again.
-
Also, the HC was looking past Watertown too. He was more worried about not letting the peewee team play and messing up the field for his home playoff games.

Yes 55 is a senior and #6 is a sophomore.
-
It's the other way around. Meigs has been consistent with its level of play (high level). TC in its biggest game of the season against H2O cane out flat. If that TC team shows up Friday it's over by halftime. Especially with how the TC line played on both sides of the ball. Meigs line play can take away the speed advantage of TC. If Meigs's backs are going untouched into the second level of the defense again like last year we are in trouble. I remember last year TC ILB was on his butt almost every play.
-
We all know Mr football for 2A has been wrapped up since the first game. The media made that decision a long time ago. No way the 1 recruit in the country at QB isn't winning that reward.
-
55 is the top-dog on defense for TC. #40 is not a starter he plays but doesn't start. #6 Cole is a very good Sophomore on both sides of the ball. I wouldn't call him fast compared to the great TC speed but he doesn't get caught when he breaks long rubs for the most part. It's a good assignment of TC defense.
-
Lol I’m not Blake not even close. I seen your team last year and just from some of the games I have seen like the Meigs vs Tyner I see certain players on Meigs that will have an issue on defense. Some kids just have stiff hips and if (a big if) TC can get on the outside we will have a speed advantage. But first TC has to win up front on both sides of the ball. TC is built on speed for the most part but they will test out that middle of the defense. There is no secret to what TC does best and what they like to do on offense. But every time we have played Meigs you'll get a look from TC offense that they haven't shown all year.

Not as big as Basford he put on weight through the year last year. Butcher yeah he is smaller than West.
-
Both were great players for TC and both are great kids. TC miss their leadership this year.
-
Yeah he did and Mason Basford the starting center from last year went to Lindsey Wilson.
-
No kid should have to deal with that. The kid is a better man than me I know I couldn't play and deal with the circumstances that he is going through.
-
Not yet but he will be just young right now. I'm not saying he will be the same as Rankins but he fits the offense like a glove. Just not as big yet.
-
That's was our issue when TC won the first battle at home against Meigs. Peabody was there to pick the bones that next week. This year we have a smaller and younger version of Rankins. This year's team is more based on speed than the power run. I just wish we still had our starting QB he brought something different to TC. TC would have a passing game and could spread the field. But like I said it's the next man up.

No TC's biggest lineman is back with West. Plus in the offense, TC running through the size of the lineman doesn't matter. The difference in last year's game was Meigs lineman getting to the second level on TC LB. Plus all the miss tackles TC had with Meigs's backs last year.
