I have said this since beginning of the year, depth won't be an issue. We may have low roster numbers but most of them see play. We are very deep up front on both sides.

Thats the reason we are doing it. Have a full schedule Friday to keep them busy and a time for lights out. Coaches have a plan like always. Few special things for the boys on Friday.

Yes, will have a big freshman class coming in with some talented players that can be developed. Next year Whitwell will still be good enough to win 7-8 games.2020 will be a lot of SO playing.

Best team in 1A/2A will be the Whitwell Tigers after they win 1A and TC wins 2A.

Whitwell has the line play to win it all. Held GB to 21 last night and had two that ran for over 100 yds. It's good enough to win the gold ball. That's all that matters. #31 not being a finalist for MR. Football still a head scratcher. Kid can line up and play multiple positions at a high level.... I know last night added a little extra juice going against Mr. Football.

Line play is just fine, a little better than what people think.

Scrimmage was in the fall not spring. Whitwell isnt the same team they saw that day either. Good luck to both teams tomorrow. Whitwell has had best practice of the year at the right time. Thing that helps the most in this game from Whitwell standpoint... Is they got to see live action from GB in a scrimmage... So the kids know what they will be going up against minus the transfer from Alcoa. Should be a good one tomorrow.

You doing what you do best. Twisting words. Whitwell will be very good upfront. Skill kids will to step up at some key positions. Like I said all year long, 2019 Tigers can still win 7-8 games and will play SP twice.

Those positions are OL/DL, Whitwell returns core group upfront. 5/6 on the DL and 5/8 on the OL rotation. Roberts is a 6'3 WR that will need to have a good year to sign. Has the size and speed but needs to stay healthy. Whitwell will be very good upfront next year on both sides. Skill kids will be mostly Jrs with a senior QB and a SR wr.
