That was last year, I honestly don't see York losing to Coalfield this year. If you remember last year, Coalfield's QB was never the same after the York game. I know the PTA who works that area. York physically beat them up.

IMHO both teams that win out of this district will lose to district 7. District 8 was very weak this year.

Last I checked Sequatchie and Upperman play in the same district with York. Neither one of them will be able to hang with the Dragons this coming season. I see York playing Alcoa in the semis.

A coach from York said Whitwell was the best team they faced all year. I'll take Whitwell going away in this one.

York going away, Signal Mountain hasn't been hit like York is going to hit them.

If Upperman wins than region 3 is in trouble. I believe the top 2 seeds in each region will prevail in the first round

Can someone please tell me how Smith County is ranked #4 in the state? They were lucky to beat a 2-2 York team who is average at best.

CF had one TD called back. York had over 100 yards in penalties. York's main RB Ethan Probst had bronchitis (shouldn't have played). York squandered 2 scoring opportunities inside the red zone as well.
