South Side Beating everybody in District 14 North side only loss to South Side sitting 1-8. Lexington 6-3. McNairy 5-4. Scott's Hill 4-5 and then Riverside 1-8, Chester 2-7, Adamsville 1-8. Who will finish 2-4

Fayette Ware, Lexington, Bolivar, Liberty 5. For sure on this one 6. I think they have been tested for sure. I also think last season plays a role with this team because they bring everyone back.

A little premature. A long way to go before I crown South Gibson as District Champions. I think Dyersburg will end up winning that District.

Ya'll crazy in this thread. Here are some facts: 1. South Side is undefeated and ranked number 1 in the state 2. They can't control how bad or good their District teams are this year 3. They have played some quality non district opponents 4. Their district has been one of the best in the state in the past 5. When you are on top everybody takes a shot so you gotta be ready every night or you will get beat. 6. this is going to be a fun post season

Strength of Schedules for District 14 AA is not really that good at all. District 13 AA has played a much tougher schedule.

The coaches in the Districts decide where the District tournament will be and when it is that District's turn to host region then that District decides where the region will be. Example. If District 1 votes to host at a college gym and it is their turn to host region then the region tournament would also be at the college gym. The other district has no vote on where the region is going to be held when it is not their turn to host it. As good as Region 7 AA basketball plays there should be a college that would want to host these every year.

This has to happen. But it is hard because college teams have their own schedule to execute.

Not a South Gibson fan. I am a Region 7 fan of all the teams. I follow Region 8 but not as closely. But I wouldn't say South Gibson is a non factor! They have more size than anyone else in the Region. Their guard play is a suspect. But they are most definitely a factor is District 13 AA and Region 7 AA.

I promise you South Side will not do that again!

Oh wow. that changes things for sure. Then I guess I have no choice but to move Lexington up. They did beat McNairy Friday night and Crockett County a few games ago but got beat 15 by North Side. Who knows. It is South side, North Side and everyone else

Dyersburg is the best team in this district but South Gibson is a really good team. South Side can give you a testimony on under estimating.
