I have only watched West TN Teams..... Not judging the rest of the state. A - Peabody, Humboldt and Madison AA - South Side, South Gibson, Lexington/Dyersburg AAA - Arlington, Houston Haven't watched any Private School ball yet.

I have watched 5 games this year and it has been bad. No summer, no scrimmages, etc... is apparent. It will get better.

My buddy went and said the boys game was basically JV for both teams in the fourth. He also said it was an ugly basketball game and not very well played on either side.

Sounds like no competition. Will that hurt them when tournament time comes?

Watched the Dyersburg game. South Side is legit. No where near as deep as they have been though. If there a problem with this team it is depth. Also, the talent in the Jackson area seems to have fallen off a little bit. Am I wrong on this one? To win a championship you have to go through The South.

I thought North Side graduated several.

I disagree with that. The boys team just played in the region semi-finals and took South Side to deep into the 4th quarter.

The Dyersburg boys team would be a lot better off in 2A

2A Girls in West Tennessee if going to be very competitive regardless where Huntingdon ends up. Tougher than 3 A for sure.
