I'm saying I like seeing a team that's been at the bottom since this region started, making some noise... On the flip side I think strength of schedule is really going to benefit Westy when we play ER. ER has a good team no doubt, continually putting 35+ points up is impressive for a team that has struggled.

Going back and watching some of last years games, I forgot how much of an impact Nick Gray had on offense. I knew he was good but I guess I just didn't realize how good lol. Glad that he is able to atleast play defense but man I wish he was fully healthy to play to offense!

I know one thing... The way Kooper Perry flew to the ball and the way he made some open field tackles last night he would be starting on special teams and knocking on the door for some playing time... I know it was just a JV game and varsity is different but you can't teach the mentality he has!

Eagles should have won the past two years and I blamed both those losses on being young and under experienced.... can't blame it on that this year!

I heard that 3 of the starting lineman quit this week!! What in the world is going on?

I know one thing… winning season or losing season Westmoreland has never had a crowd as small as what TC has tonight… Nice upgrades for a poor crowd!

Yea he's an athlete for sure. He's a much better baseball player though. I would say his touches will increase as the season goes on.. Great kid too!

I said last week it's time for our offense to open up and I still feel that way. However I know our coaches spend much more time with the players in and out of practice and they have a reason for what they are doing... I know for a fact Coach Chad Perry isn't going out on Fridays trying to lose, and I also know he don't need my input lol. We will be fine, and I believe he will make the adjustments needed! Our line play showed a huge improvement last week on both sides of the ball, now if we can get our backs to stop dancing and turn the ball up I think we will be fine! I look for us to score 21-28 points this week and shut out a down TC team. And for the first time in ever beat H2O and TC in the same season!

I feel the same way. That's what I said about Watertown too!! I think this will be harder mentally for us than it will be physically!
