You are wrong and your mentality is what is wrong with a lot (not all) of the the younger society. Snowflakes let the bully off the hook even if they go so far as to mock a kid recovering from major surgery. I guarantee you more of your fans believe (like I do) they should take up for themselves and hold bullies accountable than believe (like you do) that the bully should be able to walk away with zero consequences. That only enables the bully and the next kid they attack or mock will get it even worse. I stand by my statement, if my kid is the one being mocked after a major surgery then I will handle it the old fashioned way not the snowflake way so that it may save the next kid from something even worse.

Technical gets issued early and no one gets punished any further. She chose to play quiet mouse instead of getting in front of the issue. Called class? If I heard it I would handle it right there on the spot instead of announcing it on this forum with absolutely zero proof. Letting someone get away with something like that is not an indicator of class if indeed it happened the way you described. We all know that things get exaggerated on this forum. mas1821 Everyone could screen photos and post the ones that favored their team. The only one I care to see is the one where the girl’s mask was knocked off. You will not find that one because it doesn’t exist. There were a few times that Huntingdon players were inadvertently hit in the face/head and if they would have had a mask on then it would have needed adjusting. To say the Loretto player’s mask was knocked off multiple times is simply not true.

Sorry to hear that TENNTOWN. I have no problem with you or anyone else but claiming the way Huntingdon plays/played is a disgrace to women’s basketball and that GC rough housed their way to a championship is ridiculous. Good Luck Monday

mas1821 I probably won’t be at another Loretto game but if i were to be there would be no chatting. Snowflakes chat, men do not. Again I saw the Huntingdon game live and watched the video. There were fouls not called both ways just like every single basketball game on earth. Loretto grabbed, hand checked, pushed just as Huntingdon did. If you weren’t a homer you would concede this. If it was so bad why would your head coach let it go and not put a ‘head hunter’ in the game to fight back. Either your coach has no spine, the refs were from Huntingdon, or you are just plain wrong. I will go with you are wrong.

Both games are over Danielson. What is sad are the snowflake parents still complaining about physicality of a basketball game. If the glass house temp reaches 65 degrees then surely you snowflakes will melt away. You would think Loretto lost this game with all the tears flowing on this thread. I thoroughly enjoyed this game and if you watch the video you will see there were fouls not called on both sides. You could tell Loretto was not used to the physicality and their body language displayed it. My advice is let it go, and get tougher, otherwise teams will sense the snowflake mentality by the parents and use it to their advantage. Both PGs are really good players and they played even in the 1st half. I think it was a 6 point West Carroll deficit. The difference in the game was the coaching decision to put #2 on Luke Moore (WC’s point guard). I don’t know if Luke scored more than 2 or 3 in the second half and he could not get to the rim once that change was made.

Loretto won by 16. Refs had zero to do with the outcome. It’s over so everyone stop whining. Bottom line is Huntingdon assistants out coached Wilkins because there is no way he came up with this defensive plan on his own. We gave up 20 uncontested treys due to the box and 1 and they knocked down 7-8 of them. That’s 21 plus points scored with the closest defender not within 10ft of the shooter. Why was this happening? Because we were worried about 1 player, Weathers. When you box and 1 a team it opens the floor up and it never works against a good team. Wilkins would have had a chance to coach his team to victory in the last few minutes had he not chosen to go with a junk defense instead of doing what got him to the Region Championship in the first place.
