  1. Looking for an excuse and I can’t find one lol. Even if cousino would’ve stayed healthy it would’ve been tough with the way TC was owning the trenches.

A few questionable calls but the officials played almost zero factor in the game which is pretty much all we can ask for.

Only good thing I can say is that we had 2 sophomores step up and play QB in the second half in the biggest game of the year and they didn’t hesitate to throw the ball down field.

  2. Hard to dislike the boys from Tc, helping our boys up after knocking them in the dirt and the sportsmanship after the game should be commended.

Hats off to cousino, I’m pretty sure everyone in that stadium was upset he couldn’t finish the game. Even the guys from TC.

Don’t know about that penalty on Webster, unless there was a magic word  said

Yeah that was laughable. Probably shouldn’t have been a penalty. But hey that stuff happens every game.

Losing Cousino wasn’t an excuse I was just stating how it’s going to be hard without him. For the guy who said you were without your QB as well, therefore it shouldn’t matter, your QB isn’t your best player lol

  4. Lets not forget- last year h2o was without Hackett.

The year before we were without Webster.

And the year before that, the field was wetter than your hartsville women when me and @H2Oman come to town.

In the past 7 games the series is 4-3 Watertown and two of those losses were without the head coach and the DC lol. In all seriousness, TC has had an advantage over us the past 3 years before opening kickoff. Hopefully our purple tigers will have everyone healthy and ready to go by Friday evening.

It’s not hatred, it’s opinion based on roughly a decade of observation, conversations with former and current players, and a lifetime of experience. I do know what I’m talking about and do not see the need to explain myself to you or anyone else. You have your opinion, I have mine. Unlike some I will not name call or question the intelligence of those who I disagree with. I will leave you with this. A former player texted me after seeing my comment and said “The bad Webster is always there, it just shows more in big games.” Not my words, his.

    and stop.

Im sure your son is the former player who texted you that. Which makes your entire post completely irrelevant.

You seriously just need to get off these boards before you embarrass yourself more than you already have.

Fact of the matter is nothing is going to change the head coach is Clint’s son, we all know that and we all know what that means. As far as the petition goes I have no idea who is behind that, and it’s fair to say he’s taken us to the semis 2 years in a row, but he’s also had some generational talent, talent that would have resulted in gold under previous leadership. Blake is liable to be the coach for the next 30 years and he’s liable to win a few state championships but he has to mature, he gets upset over little things that actually have no impact on the game itself. I could go into more detail and other opinions but not on here.

Clint has no idea how to handle being dominated by Watertown. How many times do you think Blake has had to apologize to papa Clint over the past few days? lol

Unbelievable, the hatred for H2O is as strong as it use to be for FC, which is sad. It’s extremely disappointing that some fans have sank to such a low level. Part of the reason I’m out after this year, nothing but drama childish hometown bull… I will always love my hometown and TC but it is becoming what we used to despise.

^^^ Why should I respect you when its obvious your own community doesn't even respect you @Watercitykittys

Ive seen the attendance at the game Friday mentioned several times in this thread already.

You guys do realize that in order for your community to support your team. You have to give your community something worth a crap to support. But when kids continue to cuss Blake on the sideline and drunk fans continue to scream at 14-18 year old opponents as they walk off the field. People within your community are going to quit coming out to support your team. Trust me, it will be even harder to find success when the community doesn't support you.

As a player and as a fan you represent your community.

If your community doesn't like what you represent they will gladly follow in @TCRadios footsteps.

I agree with you. The reaction Friday night of the TC team wasn't good. I think the team has quiet on Blake. The TC players don't seem to care at least the kids I have talked too.

Not only were the reactions from the players scary but the reactions on this board were just as bad.

How many times this season did a TC poster mention anything relatively close to the crap that has been said since TC's loss Friday night - other than @ghostofthepast2021? Ghost was condemned all season for saying the exact same things all of you waited until Saturday to say.

I want everyone on this board to acknowledge how insane it is that after TC loses one game to Watertown they immediately gave up all hope for the next decade and gravitated all of their attention to the "sweat bees" of 2032.

It was obvious that everyone wearing yellow Friday night was very hurt and that it will be tough for TC to recover. From the players, to the community, everyone took that loss to heart, and if the team does not find something within the next 3 days - this season will be over.

Why didn’t you do something about it then chubby?

Because you were wasted and I did not want to spend the night in jail over something as meaningless as you.

Did you forget that a majority of the posters on this board from TC and H20 are old enough to remember when you "played" hs sports and wise enough to know that you were not good at any.

I would watch what you say towards Tyner this week. Everyone from around here knows that you are harmless. They probably do not.

    • Thanks 1
  10. Any chance the TC football players hop on coacht again this week to bash @TynerRamFan like they did @H2Oman?

Hopefully Blake gets that fixed because that exchange on here last week between your players and H20Man was pathetic. It might also be a good idea to tell that Mcguire boy who was yelling and cussing at our entire team and a few coaches at halftime to stay home this week because these Tyner boys are liable to fold him.

I find it hard to believe TC recover's from that devastating loss last week and predict a big Tyner beatdown.

Yeah I remember the QB, but there may be differences on why they started slow… both improved dramatically.

    Very true.

I just always thought it was funny that if a student at WHS got caught with marijuana he would be expelled and immediately sent to alternative school but a kid at TCHS only has to miss 7 football games and he's fine lol

No I’m referring to the 2019 Hartsville team who finished 7-3 regular season, but started off with a loss to Lebanon and us in the first three weeks.

That team went on to play Peabody in the State Championship.

My reason for comparing the 2 is that both started slow, but got better as the season progressed.

    Oh my apologies!

Although Im pretty sure the reason that TC team you are referring too started slow was because TC's best player/starting QB was suspended for the first 7 weeks of the season for marijuana.

I hear you, but these teams seem to be heading in different directions ( key word :seems)

Watertown started off real badly at the beginning of the season and seems to be firing on all cylinders now.

Bledsoe from what I’ve read is dealing with injuries right now and seems to have possibly underperformed lately ( keyword : seems again)

This Watertown team reminds me a lot of the 2019 TC team who took some losses early, but got on a role as the season progressed.

Will they go as far as that team who knows, but I surely wouldn’t doubt this bunch.

They are playing real good football right here when it counts!!!

I believe you are talking about the 2018 team. The 2018 team started off 1-2 and then reeled off 8 wins in a row. That h2o team was also very young and they finally lost to Tyner in the second round. We were actually beating Tyner at halftime and had a very good chance to win. That was the same year they lost to UC in double overtime in the state championship.

Our 2019 Team went 12-0 until the quarterfinals.

Bad part is you still wouldn’t get past the Qtrs

I am not saying TC was scared. I actually believed TC would have won that game. But you cannot say that you guys cancelled that game to, "nip his covid issue in the butt before it got way out of hand for region games" when over 20 of your players showed up to H20 vs Gordy that same night..

It is blatantly obvious to everyone what TC did and it should absolutely count as a loss on your record but I don't work for the TSSAA and I don't make the rules. Therefore, they can say they are undefeated and justify it accordingly.
