After witnessing last weeks game at FC I don’t see the yellow jackets scoring more than 6 points in this one. TC’s defense is strong and sturdy and this could be a very close low scoring game. But unless Tc improved offensively and found new ways to utilize Calhoun, I don’t see a jacket victory. My prediction: Upperman wins 14-0

Do you know anything about FC? I have seen and know quite a bit about both programs. Cookeville is not that much better than FC. If they played I suspect it would come down to the last few drives.

Me either honestly. Friendships QB is the real deal on both sides of the ball. Cookeville is obviously better but FC always shows up to play. I think it would be closer than people would think. FC will probably be competing for a title in D2 this year and next year

You are correct TC was able to generally move the ball for a majority of the night but struggled to make anything happen (kicking mishaps). In my opinion, FC looked like the better team and TC looked flat for most of the night until their final possession. Let’s be real the only drives that mattered were the last 2 and FC literally lost because a sophomore put the ball on the ground in garbage time. Although TC is down this year they are still obviously the favorite to win the region. I was very impressed with TCs game winning drive but other than that FC looked better.

“Projections” Friendship was awful last year. They are a much better overall team this year than the last and it’s really not close. They are not a bad football team and seemed to be in control of the game for a large majority of the night. TC only won because a sophomore put the ball on the ground with 3 minutes left while they were running out the clock. Not hating on TC, you all have a few very good players but Friendship handed you that game with 3 minutes left and you took advantage. Other than that last drive TC didn’t really do anything exciting.

Dude idk why you’re getting chippy but my point was not to down play Bradley at all. I was just saying I wasn’t stinging because I never thought we would make it to the ship a few months ago. However, Bradley was ranked #1 almost all season where Lebanon didn’t crack top 5 once and barely was in top 10. Difference was Lebanon made it to the finals where as Bradley got knocked out in the first round 2 years in a row lol. I can’t remember who beat them last year can you remind me please?

My best friend is a Tssaa official and he said “atleast they were consistently inconsistent with there call patterns” I couldn’t believe they called a few travels on Lebanon in the second half on Porter and Reynolds. They didn’t seem like travels to me and looking back those calls were crucial.

In my opinion the refs were inconsistent all tournament. Especially in the Bradley game. They didn’t call crap in the first quarter then came out the second quarter calling the stuff they didn’t call in the first. The third quarter killed the devilettes tonight. Didn’t get anything for 4 minutes after we got 2 straight coming out of the half that if we’re being honest weren’t even fouls on blackman. Blackman was dead on from the line down the stretch after goin up in the 3rd and it sealed it off

What a game. Blackman was more consistent down the stretch and hit there free throws. Addie Porter is one heck of a player. Lebanon won’t have anyone like her for a long long time

Lebanon played without mason for the last 6 minutes and Blackman has been killing them backside all game. Lebanon usually rules the boards but have struggled so far

I think the games were better officiated in the region tourney than these past 2 state games I’ve seen. Idk what’s up but it seems as if the refs have been very inconsistent with what they call quarter from quarter for all teams
