I misread. I thought you were meaning Clay played a tougher schedule that Gordonsville this year. I apologize I agree with everything in this post though for sure

I’m going to have to disagree that you have played a tougher schedule but everybody is entitled to their own opinion However I also can’t wait til October 27th

Spot on A lot goes into not being as tough anymore I think and it’s changed the game at the high school level. Some for the worst and some for the best imo I am proud to have been a part of the football program and I’m still proud to be a fan of it. I pray for nothing but good days ahead for Gordonsville football and I will support it until Jesus calls me home

Spot on with most years. Last year obviously Clay got us. They lost quite a bit but so did we. I expect our game against them to be a very close one. Probably 1, maybe 2 scores either way

It would be awesome if we got that opportunity. We would have to beat you guys in order to host a semi However I do look forward to coming to the Beene anytime we go. I hope our boys can take care of business to make that trip this year (hopefully round 3 of course)

Not as good as last year. We lack true speed everywhere and lack size up front

Solid numbers in the ground. Sounds WC goes as the QB goes completely agree with assessment on DC. We scrimmaged a lot over the years and they seem to always have a QB who can sling it around pretty good and some athletes who can make play with it once they catch it

We have about a 65% win percentage over the last 50 years. Went through a few lean years in early 90s and again right after that 2012 team. We have averaged about 7/8 wins a year since early 70’s which is pretty solid for a rural 1A school

I figure this year will be similar to 2019/2020 if you remember those matchups
