I have a few thoughts on that:

    A. wasn't smart enough to keep up with all of his accounts

    B. got tired of arguing with himself

    C. realized that he was making a complete fool out of himself

    D.  Coach T shut him down

    E.  All of the above

    F. Wrong

But I'm pretty sure you floated a coup d'etat west consipiracy theory on here since you joined.

Highly likely, I am in a variety of threads and have spoken on many topics. Good for you for knowing "coup d'etat" though!

Czar, they've been on each other since long before you showed up on the T. Two-way street.

Buddy, I have been on the T since I moved here and started working for a local station. I did forget my password to my old account, however.

My thought is that it would be far more important to keep him healthy for the playoffs than it would to get him to a number that isn't a state record at this point.  Don't see wearing him out trying to get to 3K.

I have to believe that he already has the Karns single season rushing records in his pocket, if not the career mark already.  Karns is hosting  playoff game for, and I think this is correct, the first time ever, or at least since the 1970s.  That would be more important than a mythical rushing yardage number, IMO.

Having spoken with some people close to the Karns program and in the school administration, it is their belief that this is the first time Karns has hosted a playoff game since the school started playing football around the year 1930. They first qualified for the playoffs in 1996, according to historical data provided in the school library, when they had a contest against Dobyns Bennett from Kingsport. Prior to that, they played Bowl Games but not official post season games competing in the state playoffs. Again, all of this is provided in the school library and archives.

I was thinking the same thing. I figured they would try like heck to get him as many yards as possible.

Spoke to Brad about this a few weeks ago at the KHS v ORHS Thursday Night Game and he felt that it was important to #1 Win (obviously) and their best chance to do that was to give Bishop as many touches as possible. I think that is evident in his touch count and the way they have designed their offense. I would expect his recruitment to really sky rocket (more than it already has) at the conclusion of this season and as he prepares for his senior year. I know that through speaking with people close the UTAD and Football Ops Dept, that Heupel, Golesh and Jerry Mack are very high on him.

He was a hoss for sure. Not often that a player on the losing team wins MVP, but it was well-deserved in his case. The QB (McPhetridge?) was no slouch either.

Yes, Dustin McPhetridge was the QB and he was excellent. Smart with the ball, big frame, difficult to bring down and could get the ball to his playmakers. I was always impressed with how the Powell coaches utilized his skill-set. And honestly, he was sneaky fast when he could break through the first level.

2011 Powell wasn't an all-time great, but they were an awesome team. That championship game was a classic.

Yes it absolutely was. Dy'Shawn was a boss tailback, as well. If you had the pleasure of watching him play, consider yourself lucky. I did the TV for the Oak Ridge game that year on MyVLT2 here in Knoxville and I think it was decided by less than a score. Powell played a ton of killer games that year.

Gloating?  You are a sad and pathetic person.  I find it humorous that a jock sniffing  uniform washer feels the need to stalk me on the interwebz.

You really do need to find a new hobby to occupy your time.

Completely bashing and demeaning a fellow man on CoachT. Pretty pathetic, if you ask me, since you like slinging that word around. But people will continue to defend @HTV because he thinks he knows something. The only jock sniffer on here is you and your burning passion for Matt Lowe. C'mon guy.
