Rosser was great at relationships, hiring, building a culture. But if you know football, he was not a great schematic guy. The addition of the new OC has made a ton improvement.
Interesting that the offense is slowly trending down while the average points per game have trended up. It may be a good idea for you to learn a little bit of football.
They will make an out of state hire.
The person will have had moderate HC success in another state.
They will retire and collect state retirement. (Double-Dip)
They will accept a TA job at Bearden (that's all they have available).
This will all be okay because mediocre people love mediocre people.
Rouse, Tucker, Shimbeckler and Childs were on staff and they were all GOD AWFUL. Ask their current HC's about them.... oh yeah, they don't coach anymore. Wonder why.
A lot of games on that schedule the past few years that should've been wins and with the right people leading the program, calling the offense and defense, you could probably see improvement very fast. This will be a very interesting hire from what I am reading here.
Please take your beef to the corner of Essary & Broadway and get a life. And, yes, they do know what they're doing when hiring a head football coach. Their past two hires have been generational.
