Gordonsville, McKenzie, Eagleville, and Coalfield are the only comfortable locks I have right now. Maybe Dresden or Richland. South Pitt/ JB or ER will be a dog fight.
Only teams I can imagine threatening the pirates are Gordonsville or Coalfield. Jo Byrns looks to be improving though, fielded a solid middle school team last year.
Groves got the ball over 20+ times. His son arguably played the best for East in that game. 3rd and long multiple times and he came up big to continue a couple drives. Please shut up for the 3rd year in a row
Marion had no answer for groves last year and he’s added a lot of weight since last year already. And the other groves Marion couldn’t block…he’ll be back.
Most athletic and fun to watch 1A basketball player I’ve seen in the tournament to this day was David Woodard in 92’. 87’ 88’ and 89’ ER teams could run with the best of them as well.
@Indian1999 @margaret1989 and his other 4 accounts would love for Brooks to get the boot. even though he has the highest winning percentage in 2A since taking over the program.
Who are the best public school baseball coaches in the state? Zac Curtis Loretto, Derek Wix from East Robertson, Jason Burleson Summertown, Brandon Bassham Eagleville are a couple small middle tn schools that have stellar programs.
ER looks like the best team out of Middle/East Tn. Football players just got back a week and a half ago and already gelling together. They’ll be in the mix come March.
