Rhea County should pick a up a region win here and lock in 2nd place of the region. I'm gonna go with the young eagles 35-21. But be wary bc walker valley is known for upsets, they almost upset bradley central this year so they are capable i dont know if it's coaching or what.

Agree I happened to watch some of their game against Knoxville Central and was pretty impressed with how much heritage had improved since last season! I'm not a heritage faithful or from Blount County but I am happy for the kids in the County that constantly saw most of their critical talent going elsewhere, However on the south side of the County I know William Blount is hurting from Eagleton royals starting a high school team, but WB has a whole host of issues, think their coaching may have taken a step back as well. I was thinking Eagleton would have taken more students from Heritages zone.

That's who I was thinking that 3rd loss might come from if central loses to Meigs County tommorow Night.

I agree this game is super important whoever loses will lose alot steam. But I disagree if they lose to Meigs that'll be 4-6 or 5-5 if they lost to Meigs I see 7-3 as the most plausible and if they win against Meigs 8-2 or 9-1. But I'll also be trying to keep an eye on the Mcminn county vs East Hamilton game. I claim both schools bc I went to both schools 2 years each. Underclassmen at mcminn and upperclassmen years at central.

That's essentially what i was saying im not convinced we are war beaters. But I think this game determines alot about how the rest of the season plays out

Same I couldn't remember the username exactly. But I also post mcminn stuff. And I've never really posted or talked about basketball with other posters, but ive thought about it. But I agree moody was dang good hire in My opinion, I had a good feeling about him from start. I'm not gonna say Central will win for sure bc this is a big monkey to get off their back. But I really hope they get it off this year and I agree I think if central wins here they will either go 9-1 or 8-2 Sweetwaters playing some good football and funny thing is Central and Sweetwater were "projected" to go 3-7 & 2-8. Whoever does that pre season predictions missed by a mile.

Let's not bicker Meigs is a respected program they are a tough team. I expect it to be a closer. But centrals gotta prove it, seems weird how both school went through several years of beating each other. This isn't gonna be polk 2.0 . Something just doesn't sit right when someone who claims to be a local fan. Starts stirring up bs. I hope for a healthy game between both schools and I hope central proves me. They beat the teams I m thought they were supposed to so far, now these next 5 games are a step up in talent and won't be as easy to win, besides maybe the Rockwood game they all look to be able to go either way. Best of luck to the Tigers and have safe trip from Decatur on friday!

Mcminn lost quite a bit too this whole season was a question mark and at one point walker valley was the favorite to win the region. Alot of football still to be played though. But I was more or less saying walker valley generally plays good against bigger opponents they are predicted to lose too.

Did Hardin Valley improve or did Bradley Central play a bad game?

Yes always had one of the largest bands I've seen, other than dobyns Bennett I don't think I've ever seen a band as big. But I knew that was gonna be a heckuva trip for the Smith County faithful. Did you come down from Crossville down the mountain into spring city or go over Dayton mountain into Dayton towards Decatur?

Central and Meigs closed out last night with solid wins, Central 26-6 and Meigs 39-0. Does Central have what it takes to give over the Meigs hump, or does Meigs start rolling like they did last night against tellico.

Congrats boys in blue handled brainerd quite well tonight final score was 26-6 in Central's favor. Just gotta buckle down and get ready for Meigs county next week, their performance against Tellico tonight makes me think their burners are starting to get hot.

Gives me a little more confidence that my cherokees of Mcminn county can beat walker valley to close out on a regional championship. Good game from Smith county!

Just dont see how they competed with bradley and kept the lost just by a point and then turn around and about get shut out by Knoxville Carter

I'm not walker valley faithful. Just in my local area so I figured I'd start a thread for them. They are kinda of a jekly/Hyde type of team in my opinion.

Yeah they didn't do a census this year. They do them every 10 years thats the only reliable source. I guarantee what your seeing includes the zip code Area meaning the surrounding areas in county. Input data anywhere and they tell you the census Is the most reliable. And you act like Mt julliet is some big city trying to be passive aggressive or condescending in every comment you make to anyone you got little man syndrome over the internet.
