Defense for the dogs has to be much better. The arm tackle never has worked, especially on a quick and fast team like GP. GP moved the ball at will it seemed like a few times. Secondary looked completely lost. Good experience for the dogs and hopefully will make us better for playoffs. Gp had some studs, good ball team.

The offense in 2015 was more versatile. Was able to pass and be shifty, but may not be quite as big/strong inside as 2021 team.

Parents make a big difference in any program. Ive seen many hampton programs have all the talent in the world, but what went on when the kids were off of the field is what made the difference. And what was allowed in the homes of the kids as well… it can make or break a program.

And you gotta love it! What Zac is doing with those kids all the way down to kindergarten, they wont forget it, and the parents wont forget it neither. Thats the type of coach that draws kids to play for them, not transfer to another school. Lunsford is the same way. I see carter county football coming back to the way it was back in 2016 and before. With MOST carter county teams giving each other the best competition they will see.

Dawgs dominated on both sides of the ball. SG had maybe had 1/2 of offense, and 1 solo tackle. Was sad to see how down the fan base was, even though weather wasn’t pleasant. Weather didn’t matter to fans last year with either team.
