Not to knock Cobb. He’s bar none one of the best in the state. But a lot of guys aren’t getting the offs we think they should get because of the transfer portal. He’s got two more years to build these offers. But there’s loads of talented kids now that don’t get the offeres they would’ve gotten if they played 10 years ago

I don’t care what y’all say about lottery or zoning or whatever. Coaches, ADs school boards… whatever. It can all be manipulated and fixed.

haha oh my bad. I forgot that football and basketball were different. But didnt they just win AAA 10 years in a row and 17 total? Thats all BS. They move their for because they are asked to by recruitment. Everyone and their mama knows it. They arent the only school that does this. The only schools that get in trouble are when it gets sloppy like what LA did last year and the year before.

No one pays a lot of attention to it, but the same problem is in soccer. 6 of the 8 teams in the last 3 years at state are charter schools… one of the teams parents were saying how they are from all over and they thought it was ok that they recruit… it’s bass ackwards yall… charter needs to be private…

Were you at the game or watch it? I saw it on NFHS... Those refs were strongly favoring LHS. I think at the break it was 15-2 on fouls. Thats Ridiculous.

I originally had Loretto winning it all. Said that 5-6 weeks ago. But after watching them more and actually seeing the stats. They are gonna hit a wall when they meet a team that matches them in height. They have some real ballers on their team. But only one true shooter.... and hes hurt. To have a chance and a title, you have to score at all three lvls. I think Alcoa wins it in their last year in 2 A and FINALLY moves up....

Camden and huntingdon both went home tonight. hickman beat the brakes off Cam. Puckett for Hick had 12 in the first quarter. Cam looked like they didn’t not want to be there once Hickman took a 10pt lead. huntingdon was up 15 at half and lost by 3. One of Harpeths guards had 23 in the second half. Caught fire and hit 7 3s. CJ Turner, I believe

I heard/saw that Harpeth was missing 1 of their top two guys that game too… harpeth still shot 45% from the three on them. It’s not like it was a fluke. Harpeth played well and so did heritage. Oh btw They also lost to Jo byrns and got WORKED by Liberty creek. heritage is pretty 1 demetional. I watched the Harpeth game and a few others. If you plan against Cole’s. You can beat them. 99% of his points are layups or put backs

Sycamore is known for it. The trip kids behind the ball when refs aren’t looking. Infront of their bench! Coaches don’t care. On tip off, everyone is watching the ball in the air and the sycamore kid doing jump ball will reach out and hold the other kid down with one arm. They are dirty

Curious about this Camden team. They looked really solid last year in the beginning of the season. Lost one of their best players. And still finished pretty strong. How are they going to be this year?

They just got dog walked by Cheatham. 56 to 30 I think. Seems like once they went to AAA reality hit them.
