Egghead is terrible first of all. Which is why they are bad now. But what you said about kids leaving is true. The kids that stay for other sports are finding success. The sports that you mentioned you have to have athletes, and HVA has none.

Sometimes assistant coaches will teach at a different school than they coach at, that is common. I would say most would want to teach where they coach but jobs can’t always be made for assistants. However for a head coach to not be in the building has proven to be somewhat successful with Crick neck at bearden. It didn’t last long. He wasn’t a teacher though. If this is true that a recently hired HC will not only not be in the building, but will be working in another school district proves the lack of importance that Harriman sees in their football program. Also to be fine with taking this job knowing those circumstances shows how serious the new HC is going to be at his new post. 2 years max

So you hire someone who will continue to teach at another school in another district?

They no doubt will beat Egghead and the Hawks. Egghead will likely be running back home soon enough

OC or DC? My guess is they have the off season programming in place. It’s just a matter of keeping the kids that are looking elsewhere home is more of the worry

Never wished an injury on any athlete. Do I feel bad when people cheat and then get their just desserts ? Not at all.

The kids that they send to college would already go play ball somewhere at their home school. So from the outside looking in it looks like they are the ones getting them there when in reality it’s the kids themselves. I don’t get it either. Why go to a school that will never win anything in their region & travel extremely far for away games ?

Hearing the the new HC will not even work at the school during the day. He will continue to work at his current school during the day. It’s one thing to be a HC and not be a teacher at all. It’s a whole different issue when you are a teacher but won’t come teacher there during the day.

Couldn’t imagine that someone who they have burned bridges with might let that slip while the iron is hot. If KCS really did help cover it up then they will do all they can to keep it that way.
