Greeneville prides itself on GREAT defense with a strong running game. Greeneville’s coaching staff have been together for a long time, and have won lots of big games as a staff. This one will be a fun one to keep up with.

Anxious to see what Greeneville’s staff comes up with during this week. Seem to make the right adjustments at halftime for sure tonight. I know to most, the plan doesn’t look any different, but I know that there is a method to their madness. Hope they don’t abandon the idea of using both QB’s. It may be needed this week.

Well, we are now down to 4 teams. The final two in the East, two teams that have never played. It will be an interesting week!

Man…this just sounds like AC should get the bye and automatically advance. Let me throw this angle out there…talking about motivation or revenge. Do you think that the Greeneville players may be even more motivated to get after ‘Zae’ tomorrow night? But I guess that doesn’t matter. AC will go to play in the SEC Championship after they win the next three games. Confidence is definitely not lacking in Anderson County…just listen to any interview the Head Coach does. I can’t wait until tomorrow night! Bring on the rain, bring on the Mavericks!

That he couldn’t pass any classes at Greeneville, and was more worried about ‘ME’ instead of ‘TEAM’! I take that back, I was told that he passed one of eight at Greeneville.

I know that the last time we hosted a 3rd round game, Elizabethton made our crowd seem like we were at their place. Greeneville fans, we have to do better! Period. Only noise in the crowd lately are parents griping about the mistreatment of their sons. Or at least in our reserved section…sheesh! I sit near a dad that can’t watch the game because he gets so mad, he makes himself look so bad with his antics and outburst. Man, I get embarrassed for him. I’m sure it is really embarrassing for the kid. Parents don’t realize how much pressure that puts on a kid, just trying to play a fun game.

I hope the Greeneville fans will actually show up this week! That would be greatly appreciated I’m sure. Not just show up, but show up and be as loud as they are when they drive to Knoxville to watch the Vols.

Quillen in a Wildcat, makes sense, but as the QB… too easy to key on him. Cannon did some ok things tonight, just doesn’t run very good. They need to use the sophomore too, he runs it pretty dang good. The option offense works better when the QB is a threat to run. Just my opinion. Will have to do some things differently in Round 3. Play them both the next two weeks, give the sophomore a chance to play some when the game is not necessarily a blowout. See how he handles pressure before they HAVE to use him in round 3.

Another thing that makes this game near impossible to predict is how well these teams know each other…they know each others everything. Going to be a fun one!
