I agree I don't think it will go to trial either, but I feel like that will be because no judge would deem this to warrant a law suit... If the school board settles, they loose and all coaches and schools loose too.

If a student athlete breaks team rules and the consequence is worthy of being dismissed from the team, then she should have been dismissed. I agree with TrickyD, she would still have looks if she was good enough. This will set a precedent that will ruin high school sports if she wins this.

This will get coaches leaving the profession very quickly if this kid wins this case. This is absurd...

And what I was told that Hibdon was telling everyone at the state tournament is that he would only leave Tullahoma to go back to Blackman... If he took the Rockvale job he would be playing for 3rd for a year or 2 until he could draw some more athletes in to Rockvale...

If he wants to win he will stay at Page. Moving to Rockvale, he would be playing for 3rd every year...

Any news about the new transfer rule? Did it pass?

Did he resign or something? No reason for him to leave Coffee right now, he didn't loose a senior this year and made it to the state semis... so where would he go and why?

Heard that the Dyersburg/SS game was a disaster and SS got hosed...

At the girls state tournament last week it was being told that Greg Tipps was going to take that job if he was allowed to coach both boys and girls there at Perry Co.

And also was telling people at the state tournament that he does not want to go back to Rutherford Co...
