  1. The intimidation factor...one thing that makes Riverdale Football great! Although, I do hope they are able to find another game, prefferably at home.
  2. How's it going up there coach? Still in spring practice?
  3. Siegal will be mediocre at best...Their future success will depend on if they can develop their freshman squad right.
  4. Wow, definately going to have to make it out to a game soon. Hopefully it will warm up a little
  5. ^Yes, it is all fun and games, 'til someone gets HURT, and I feel like Maryville would be that team in a battle of the two. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't wish injury on anyone, but I just think Maryville might get their feeling hurt. All jokes aside, Maryville does have a great program, but until they can get to 5A and prove themselves, I'll stick with Riverdale in this debate
  6. "Since I went to Central High School as a youngster, so its not like I can truly support any Murfreesboro team...I like to support individuals I have watched grow up from pee-wee football and who went through Central (since its been a middle school). I support individuals, I don't have a team" ^Thats not a direct quote, but CLOSE to it, I might dig up the post just for kicks
  7. HARD hitter. Was pleased to see him run over people on both sides of the ball last year. The same is in store for this year
  8. Well, I wasn't sure what in the world you were talking about either, cause I KNOW Ralph King went to Riverdale Rico popped into my mind before Stembridge, I never was too familiar with him, so if I fogive you for your error, will you forgive me for not being able to read your mind on who you were talking about Shame
  9. Here are all the banquet award winners. The banquet would have been definately nice to see...I wonder what Britton had to say, if in fact he was there and spoke. Lost Old Dad, what did he have to say? (Assuming Britton was indeed there).
  10. Definately What I'm saying is most of those silver balls would be gold at the 4A level. Along with that, they would have more State Championship apperances also. Maryville breaking that top 25 at the end of the year got ya feeling invinsible huh? Honestly, Riverdale 7 or 8 outta 10. 2004, Riverdale 10 outta 10
  11. Really, didn't Ralph win Mr. Football, along with a piece of "bling" his senior year at RIVERDALE? I'm sure you were referring to Rico Turner I wouldn't be so sure if he was content at Blackman though, supposedly we were trying to "recruit" him back, and the coach can't come and pick him up from his house his he does not concent...NVM I forgot thats just what Alsup told the DNJ. He probably was content at BHS.
  12. I believe it will be Jeremy McClain. tdntn believes he will be the guy (refer up 3 posts), and I can definately see that being the case. Got the chance to watch him a couple times his freshman year (he was VERY good on the defensive side of the ball also), and saw him strike out for a 85 yard TD run last year also (forgot which team it was against, I can look it up though). If my understanding is correct, they moved Monty Newson to fullback, and Chaz Ward has been playing a bit of reciever also. They will both be seniors, and both at times were believed to be the next guy, but I think Jeremy has made positive strides to earning his spot on the field. Whoever is in the backfield, you can guarantee they will be GOOD
