As much as I hate to say it, Grace really does have a chance against the defending state champs. Though they struggle at times to find an offensive rythm they are very dangerous on set pieces and on counter attacks. They also have a very strong defense, that when focused, doesn't make many mistakes. Even when they do, their keeper has the ability to make up for them. If they do the things they have been doing consistently all year they will have a chance at winning. Like i said, I in no way am a Grace fan, but in all reality anyone has a chance to win this late in the season. CAK 1-0 BBS 2006

Once again Grace gets lucky. They were out hustled extremely tonight and it was obvious that Zion was the better team. The goal for Zion was brilliant. The Grace keeper even pranced around before he got scored on. Grace has no place in the state tournament and I hope CAK gives them the beating they deserve.

Wow, Grace gets lucky again! When is your luck going to run out boys? You got outplayed all game long and got two lucky bounces. Once again your keeper showed his worth, FOR BOYD! What kind of a keeper hits the ball right to an opposing player in front of his own goal? Why does he prance around the box playin with the ball and making himslef look stupid? The kid is just awful! Boyd will beat CCS easily and Grace should CSAS should win easily at Grace's place just like last year. Good luck BB!!!

Grace/Sweetwater is going to be a good game. Sweetwater will come out with a win though. Either way, Boyd is playing too good for either one of these teams to present a problem for them. I see Boyd going deep into the state tournament and suprising a lot of people. Good luck Boyd, show them how to play ball!!!

Boyd 2 - Grace 0 Both goals by Pritchard. Grace has no-one that can stay with him and contain his talent and dribbling ability up front. I will be there laughing as the little Grace boys get torn to shreads by the bigger, better and more experienced Boyd team. It should be a fun one to watch, especially because the better team will win!

To answer the question posed in the topic of the thread "How will we do?" You guys might win 1 or 2 games in the district tournament. When you play BOyd or Sweetwater for the Championship (if you get there) then you will lose, and you will lose your first region game. Plain and simple!

Has anyone ever seen the bumper sticker that says "I see dumb people?" Read the post again, and if you can't figure it out, then turn to page 112 and the answer is at the bottom. *HINT* Both keepers were bad, but I'm talking about the one that seemd to look like he catch.

I have been looking into this "force" you people talk about. More commonly known as Grace. This team lost to Sweetwater! Has anyone seen Sweetwater play? THEY ARE TERRIBLE! They have one DECENT player in Bivens and he can't do everything. For a team to lose to them would be embarassing, especially if that team was saying they were gunna be region champions and make noise in sub-state. Now on the other hand, Boyd beat the tar out of Sweetwater and rightfully so. Boyd takes this one 2-0

Well, I will say that Grace suprised me last night. I thought a win for Walker Valley was in order. Walker Valley played much harder and had the best chances early on. Grace's defense is TERRIBLE! And what is with your keeper? I'm sure this can't be the guy everyone was saying was one of the best in the state. Getting nut-megged and then chipped from 40 yards out. Come-on, I've seen Freshman better than him. Not to put you guys down, you guys were OK (at best) but not a real contender. Wait till you play a team like CAK, they will put you in your place. 4 or 5 zero easily.
