Since when is 4 wins over teams who combine for a 2-9 record impressive. They beat A-E. Not impressive in baseball. They beat a Washburn team who has wins over weak Union County and J. Frank White. And a Claiborne team who is predicted last in the district. Not taking anything away from those four teams, but that isn't real impressive. Sure, the record looks good until you ran into a real baseball team in PF and had the mercy rule on you. And as far as anything short of a district championship, I hope that is considered second place because that will belong to the team who beat you 10-0 in 5 innings. Especially when I heard that GP's coach said all the other teams besides PF are competing for second because PF is too good. Coach Guinn runs a solid program up there from what I have seen and he is a good guy.
Has anyone been to Pigeon Forge's place? They have a beautiful field IMO and concessions are unbelievable. Hamburgers, hot dogs (freshly grilled), cheese sticks, popcorn(popped when you order) etc., etc....
Guess AE did a good job in shutting up the UC fans tonight. Don't know how the game went but from the score it doesn't sound too good for the Devils. Good job AE. Beep-Beep

What position do you play tigerbaseball1? Or what position did you play against William Blount?
Wow. You need to watch what you say. First of all, as far as lucky, PF has knocked of 2 of the top 3 seeds back to back by double digits. Seems to be hard play to me. Second of all, Rutledge put on a good clinic for the Patriots. You had it backwards. Maybe you will call it right next time.
I know that Pigeon Forge has seemed to have a pretty strong team the past few years. I heard they only graduated one but got a transfer that to pretty much replace that one. Does anyone have any info on how they are supposed to be or anything at all about them?
Ok, those are some good picks. We will make things interesting then. Name an all first and second teams from Knoxville area, Blount County, and Oak Ridge area by position...
