wow...i just read through 8 pages of crap. from what i hear, G-ville is up, and Carthage lost alot of good talent. Oh well...I will still take G-ville in this one. what can I say, I am a gambling man.

so TC shouldnt even play any games. they should just be given a 10-0 record and a walk to the play-offs. you dont win football games on stats, you win them on the field, and week 1 in a little over a month away. as far as I am concerned,..everyone is even right now, but you guys put TC up on their almighty pedastal...good luck to all of region 4

i believe they always had a 1a enrollment, just chose to play up to the 3a level.

Region championships don't mean squat unless you have a Gold Ball in your school, and I dont think that ya'll have on of those in the past 15-20 years.

Im getting tired of Hampton and it is only May. Have ya'll ever met Trousdale Co. when you do let me know, b.c I wanna see that game. TC is no joke and have been a powerhouse in 1a and 3a for the past 15 yrs. what does hampton have to show from the past 15 years?

you got one thing right...Bridgeport is def. not a powerhouse. I played football in TX in the 7th, 8th, and 9th grade at a 2a school in Paradise, TX(also in Wise Co. where Bridgeport is located). and I believe Bridgeport is a 3a school and while I played there, we played them each year, and beat them easily. now this isn't exactly Varsity football, but I believe they maybe won a maximum of 3 games a year while I was in TX. Now this has beem 6 or 7 years ago, so maybe they are better now, but the best team ever in Wise Co. was the Boyd Yellowjackets. I believe they year they went to the state championship(2a i believe) they beat us by like 50. it was horrible, but then they lost to the Mart Panthers in the state in 1999. but I was just talking to one of my friends and said they won the state championship this year. but TX by far is the best state in football I believe. I wish TN was much better, but I dont know if we will ever get better.
